Constant rent hikes. Time to move my stuff. Rent started out fair but after several rent hikes it is time to move out. Online rate says my unit should be $49 a month plus insurance etc. I just got a notice that my rent is going up to $194. If you walk around the facility you will notice that there are many many empty units, wonder why.....not really. After the last rent hike dozens of units opened up. This is not a well managed facility

Even though the lease doesn’t start for another week, Marge was super helpful in helping us locate the unit, showed us how the cylinder lock works, and how to navigate the access code/door. It was easy, yet secure, to access and navigate the area, all because of Marge’s help and kindness to go the extra step. Thanks Marge!!

HORRIBLE, absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this storage facility! We rented a unit at this location which unfortunately was one level up. Annoying and time consuming having to use the elevator, but later we booked a second storage unit as we were moving and wanted our storage units at the same location. When we arrived at the storage facility the second time with a rental truck the woman working there informed us that she couldn't let us unload the truck because her ipad wasn't working! She claimed there was nothing she could do even though the unit was already booked and being paid for. The woman seemed very smug and very lazy. After about 2 hours of phone calls to the corporate call center over and over we were finally able to gain access (still had to unpack a large truck and had lost 2 hours) to a second storage unit but the woman then gave us the farthest away unit - 3 floors up on the elevator and as far as one can get from where our other unit was and where the main unloading dock was. She seemed to be punishing us for having her go to the trouble of providing us access to the unit we had already started paying for but no way to know for sure! She then claimed she could not help us to a logical storage unit close to our other one because her ipad wasn't working! It appeared to us that almost all of the storage units were empty on this floor. This was a disgusting and cruel way to treat customers, but we had no choice because we still needed several hours to unpack the rental truck and return it. Later this would mean paying our movers a lot more money to move us out as the 2 storage units were nowhere near each other and on different floors involving elevator rides and a lot more time. Also, the second unit was supposedly the same size as the first unit but it definitely seemed smaller and as it was the last one we suspect that it is smaller. There was also a lot of broken glass and little pieces of trash in the entry and outside in many places. We always had good experiences at other Public Storage locations before, but this Sugar Hill location is one we strongly recommend avoiding.

I came to public storage after selling my house and going through a divorce last summer. I was in a bind and had to be out in three weeks. Ben at public storage was amazing!! Always there to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend using this facility!! Thanks for making things so easy!

Nice and clean never really interacted with anyone but it is in a safe space

I needed a quick storage the touch less check in made it so easy. Ben at the desk is so accommodating. This is a very clean location.

This place is brand new maybe a few months open. It's clean, it's quiet and you don't have to worry about storing your products in a place that's too hot, or too cold. It's the perfect situation for us at this time.

I think they need better security, closing the gate etc. Cleaness needs improved
