I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business. The location and employees are extremely friendly and the facility is great but the prices are truly absurd. Within one year my storage price double. My account was in perfect standing with auto pay and being a disabled service member on a fixed income I can't afford these continued price increases nor can I easily just move my stuff in °90+ weather. You'll get a great business but the pricing and customer value just isn't there. I feel bad for the employees of the location.
Move in and move out was great! Dana was super sweet, informative, and personable during move out! They have great deals, are super affordable, and no funny business. I rented a 5x5 and was able to fit a truck bed of stuff in, no furniture though!

They’re pretty good about answering the phone but they are not friendly to long term renters. Price hikes every few months even when they have cheaper units available in the same size. Monthly rate went up $140 in 8 months.

I was so desperate to get a storage unit, with my move out date approaching. I reserved a unit at the Stambuk location in Statesboro and and received a call from Candee a couple minutes after I made the reservation . She asked if I would like to come see the unit. I had my 4 year old with me and she was so patient and kind. With the stress of the moving process and trying to find available storage I was worn out but Candee definitely made this process simple and quick. I’m so happy she was the one that was able to take care of me today. I would highly recommend anyone to rent a unit here. Thanks Candee you are truly a saint.

These guys made everything so simple!!!! When you don't feel like peopling then this is your place. Ending up in storage isn't always a good thing but the online process was seamless. I did have a question so I called the office they answered my question and I was able to proceed online. They sounded VERY friendly on the phone so if you do feel like peopling they will definitely be your go to!

Set up a reservation online. Received a call from the office staff that I would need to come in to finish the reservation since it wouldn’t give me the option to do it online. Told them I couldn’t come in til that weekend and they said no problem. We get there this weekend and find out they gave the unit away. Very poor customer service considering I drove an hour and half out of my way to fill out paperwork that could have been done online if their system wasn’t so archaic. Took our business down the street regardless of them trying to offer other smaller units.

I was in desperate search of a storage unit. Ms. Dana was absolutely fantastic. I was enthusiastically greeted upon arrival. She was very thorough in seeing what was available, giving me a tour of the unit, and helping me with reservation process. She helped me figure out dollar amounts, visualize my items in the space, and even help me set up the app and make sure my gate access worked. She has an inviting personality that makes you open up. She is very precise and cautious when making sure everything is correct and understood. Definitely 10/10 would recommend going to see Dana at Public Storage for any storage needs!

My experience at this location was top tier all the way! I spoke to Dana two days prior of even moving in, so when me and my bf arrived there after hours and leave it to me to choose the wrong storage unit size! Lol. A lady came to the rescue and it was DANA!! she was been supposed to be gone but she stayed and helped us choose a bigger unit and even showed us where to go since this was our first time doing this. I was even more surprised when she remembered who I was! She is such a heavenly sent woman! She made me feel comfortable and not so embarrassed for making such a silly mistake. I would 1000% recommend public storage! Best customer service I’ve had and a very long time!!! Wooohooo go DANA!!!

Very easy online rental experience. Onsite staff (Dana!) was incredibly friendly and patient - showed me the rental space I had purchased and helped me arrange for additional rental space when I realized I hadn't reserved enough room. Easy location. Very grateful.

I wouldn't use this place if you plan to be out of state while storing your things.
I had gotten this unit for when I was out of state since we didn't have room to move anything. We were able to get it empty but it was after the hours to turn in the keys and we were leaving immediately so we left the keys with a friend. Long story short that friend wasn't able to get the keys turned in and so I spoke with the manager/owner and they said they would open the unit free of charge since nothing was in it. They then proceeded to ignore my calls about it and are charging me for a full month and a late fee for a unit I told them was empty.
Clean, but very busy the day I stopped in. The woman next to me said see has never seen it so busy.

My roommates and I rented a storage space for summer, and sam was great, we were on a waitlist and very happy when she called us and the process was very easy.
We rented a storage unit for our daughter so we wouldn't have to move things back and forth over the summer while she's in college. We could only get a 4x4 locker and really needed a 5x5 unit. I called and spoke to Sam who put us on a waiting list. I honestly didn't have much hope that we'd get what we needed but Sam called us back about 2 weeks later and we were able to get one. Sam was a pleasure to deal with. She was also very accommodating considering we had to handle everything by phone. I highly recommend Public Storage in Statesboro!
