Shun at Public Storage on hwy 85 Riverdale was very helpful. She greeted me with a pleasant smile and attitude. She answered any question or concerns I had about the unit I was renting. Ask for Shun if you stop at this location.

Rat droppings will be over your stuff and mold, I used this place only a month… disgusting is an understatement. As of today 9/12/24 the District Manager called me he was very concerned about what happen in this case he even rectified the issue as much as he could with reimbursement so just to know someone cared about my loss means alot to me, I can respect that.

This has been a live nightmare, dealing with this public storage unit not only have I been going through a time of homelessness and I would think to depend on this current location in their storage unit, but they have way too many managers that’s moving relocate and they changing up the monthly bills without customers, knowing and I am one of these customers that doesn’t get notifications let alone a call or heads up state and your rent The new manager had stolen my $300 TV from Amazon who I work for and I already reported this TV being stolen. It’s just been a horrible ending and they’re still trying to charge me left and right for bills. I didn’t submitted a letter to corporate at this point because they basically made me pay an additional $350 that was already paid to them and try to say that there was a chargeback I have not received not notification not anything. I tried to do everything in the more calmer nicer way, but at this point in time, I don’t give a damn no more about being kind because these people have used me left and right, and with the new manager for her to sit there, and knowing that she took in my TV without me giving her a full to, even if she wanted to have it or if she could keep it instead of showing some type of humanity, she decided to threaten me numerous times about in order to get what I need whatever the case i’m just sad that I’ve lost over the last month with these people, knowing that they have not reached out to me not one time and when it comes to the district manager Curtis, he is a very arrogant person. He is very rude to people who are going through real situation is so funny that the whole time I’m trying to get my situation take care of now all the sudden the property manager. Trina wants to start doing her job and calling people let them know about their account so right then and there and let me know that they was just being Shiesty to people who don’t got it together, so they can take what money they have in their pockets. This is a very horrible company and a horrible location. Customer service has been the only thing to me over the phone wishing that they could’ve done better to help my situation other than that I went to just nobody to go there.

Absolutely disgusting. I just moved my belongings in here yesterday with a family member. I come back to grab a couple things and there is a dead rat, maggots and ants all over my stuff. Is it not staff responsibility to clean these units before people move stuff in?

My Son And I rented a storage unit from this location on February 1, 2021 to April 30, 2024 The office staff was Nice And Kind and the location was Always clean and all the other renter's was friendly, and if we ever need to rent another storage we will come back to you. My son had his things in storage for a month & his things were destroyed. The rodents chewed through cords & furniture was covered with rat feces.

The property manager at this location is awesome as well as the other staff. They are very helpful being that I am a disabled person. There's always someone there to help me be it helping me lift up the gate to access my unit. The property manager is so nice She really goes out her way for her customers and the place is kept up pretty good. An update to my recent review of public storage. What ever you do please use caution when purchasing a unit to store your items in to my surprise, I had an infestation of rodents and fungus in my unit and termites My furniture was destroyed by rat, feces and urine as well as the termites eating up the wooden furniture. Please use caution
