Smooth transition from one unit to another
Do not put anything here! I have had a unit here for a few months and they keep increasing the price. It started out 50 something got up to 75 and they are increasing to over 90 soon. My unit is literally the size of a coat closet and I am about to be paying about 100 to store 1 thing here. The staff is extremely nice but that's not a reason to get a unit here.
Danielle was emaculate taking care of my situation this morning, I wish I could deal with her all the time I was very satisfied and reassured , thank you Danielle there should be more customer service managers like you
I've been renting since July of 2023. I have always been able to speak and do business with a real person face to face on site. They've changed everything. No one on site.
I had to go to the lobby call them to get a person to talk with so they could allow me to transfer. They took my money before I was even able to see the unit and transfer from 1 to the other. The unit I was suppose to transfer to was busted could not lock the unit. So my drive over was for nothing. I had to go back into the lobby area and call someone again. Let them know I could not move to the new unit I paid for and to keep me in my original unit. Lots of paperwork and alot of my time was lost. Ridiculousness I have to say. This is a big thumbs down 👎 not a good idea.

Easy move in process. Contract sign up and attention from remote attendants were easy and clear. Sound system (attendant speaker) hard to hear. Lobby can use a waste basket.
I visited the office today to make a payment and to update our personal information on our account. Danielle helped me. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions. You hired a gem when you hired her! 💝
So I posted this a little over two weeks ago and was happy with the service.
This review has nothing to do with the customer service side of the business, but overall service.
My rent is being raised from $55 to 90 and we’ve only been there two months. The access gates are always open/broken and access doors (side door) is always broken too.
I think it’s wrong to raise rent (this high, this fast)
So now I’m reading the reviews from previous tenants and this one particular tenant was on point.
