Already had an issue with this place when i first joined. They didnt give me the discount i was suppose to get and charged me 3 times in less than a month. Now its been a couple months i been with them. They cut my lock n put a seal because i was late, understandable. I pay my bill in full, get the seal taken off and put a new lock IN FRONT OF THE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE. Couple days later, their lock is right back on my unit when i JUST paid in FULL and im NOT late. They just keep messing with my unit/me for some dang reason it seems. Irritating!
The lied about the first month being free it starts on the date you begin to rent if you move your things in the end of the month it’s that month that you move in free so a couple days later you have to pay full price monthly fee and they have rats that chewed my belongings
Whoever the owner is..please remove this rude middle age women at the front desk....like why are you causing your business too fail by having this women...just a bipolar nasty thing that belongs nowhere near customer service.
I went with my daughter to view storage area. Sherry was very friendly and very helpful. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about Public Storage policies and pricing. Sherry was able to answer all of our questions. Sherry was awesome!

Rented out a space at public storage…supposedly brand new facility but everything is broken. Unloading the truck and of course we had both entrance doors open because the bay docking doors are broken. We pulling our things in and finally office staff whom is normally not there comes and said it’s climate control we have to have those doors closed use the docking doors. Well if they were working we would use them but they’re not. Then she says unload all your things in this area and then move. Umm there is no security and people walking around looking at your things to steal. We don’t have much however climate is not going to be affected that much whether it was the broken dock doors or not. Paying money to rent out space and the money is not spent to fix things so it can be used properly.smh
I chose one of the discounted units on 9/26 for “half off the first month” i didnt get any discount, its only 10/26 so literally a month and they have already charged me two more bills, first it was $45 i dnt know how when i clearly paid full price up front after being lied to about the discount, now it majically changed to $87 and they’re still sayin i have to pay another $227 on 11/1. So they expect me to make 3 payments totalling $560 and I haven’t even had the unit for a dang month!!!!! Money hungry dishonest location
Rented a United at this location, after vacating the unit the day before I was to be out they still charged me and sent it to a outside collector. So upset now

This place is like a maze every time. I strongly suggest they provide maps for the tenants to find their spaces. Many times my husband and I go there we spend more time trying to find our space then putting things in or getting things out of our space

Kimia was phenomenal with our move in experience .She walked me the setup process as I suffered from a concussion recently and it was wonderful that she so patient with me. Terrible experience!! This location has a restroom on site, however the woman working keeps it locked and won’t unlock it. Almost no parking available due to construction. Finding another unit asap. Unit was filthy when we moved in and a roach crawled across the front seat during sign up.

If I could give these crooks a negative star I would. Don't put your stuff in this storage unless you want it stolen and nothing done about it. The lady who works up front kimia Davis told me and my wife that the camera by our storage was working but when the cop came to look at the video she said they wasn't??? Which one is it? Do the camera work or not. They keep giving us the run arounds about the whole situation. To me seems like a inside job they claim they don't have a set of keys to your lock but my wife didn't buy a damn magical tv that vanishes in thin air you have been warned. If you rent this storage get your own lock and pay attention to your stuff.
