So, I recently brought some of my dad's furniture back to GA. after his passing. I called this location and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real human named Shonteal. (Spelling -5) She was gracious enough to give me pricing over the phone. At the end of our conversation, I was surprised to have say how sorry she was about my dad's passing. It really caught me by surprise. I didn't expect personal compassion on top of professionalism.

The locked the doors to get into the storage unit took a Uber here now I have to sit outside in the cold a wait for 2 hours! This is absolutely ridiculous

I moved in for a short amount of time and was pleasantly surprised . The process was smooth and the staff communicated well no matter the situation. I appreciate the help.

The code on the door doesn't work, so we have to use another door that is all they way across the building from my unit. It's just ridiculous.

No one is ever in the office and it takes days for someone to call you back.

Raise prices without warning you, locked the doors without sending codes, limited hours, horrible management This is arguably the worse experience I've had with a storage company

We are so disappointed with their storage units. I have been using them for almost two years now and on 10/07/23 we were planning to move our stuff out and most of them were covered with mold and mildew. We had been paying for the temperature control unit and they don't how how this happened. They did not take responsibility and only gave us a pamphlet with information on how to file a claim with the insurance.

This location is clean, the staff is delightful and very helpful, especially Maryanne. She keeps the place in order and is always there is you need any help or have any questions. Wish more people would care about their job like Maryanne does.

I went in there today and Ke’Aundra was amazing!!!! From the time I walked in the door she was welcoming, inviting and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions efficiently, offered suggestions and got me in and out within 10 minutes. I just want to say that I had lost all hope in Public Storage,until MaryAnne arrived here..she is exactly 💯 who you would want in charge of your business...she treats the facility like you would want your home taken care of..takes notice to the overall appearance&cleanliness..&is very professional in the office with the customer service as well..Public Storage is lucky to have her!!

I won a storage unit they had up for auction and directly after, they called my phone and told me not to come and clean out the unit because their gate was broken. The next day, I received a call stating that the gate was fixed to come and clean out the unit and when I arrived, the lady at the desk told me that somebody broke into their building and also broke into my unit (the odds of this happening are like 1 in a million) and stole everything. I drove 4 hours with a trailer to get there and nobody even called me. In my opinion what happened is they lied about the gate and the unit being broken into and removed the stuff from my unit. They costed me over $60.00 in gas and took my entire day away. I should honestly sue this company. The manager is involved, because she made up several stories while I was there that made absolutely no sense. Also, there was no police report of the unit being broken into. LIES! DISHONST! BEWARE!

I would like to share the most delightful experience with a Public Storage manager that occurred in the closing process of my 10 year leasing relationship with Public Storage. Three months prior to closing out, I had a phone conversation with Miss Ke ‘Aundra, property and business manager at the Riverside Parkway location. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and extraordinary skills in handling my circumstances and business matters. I was completely disarmed and focused after speaking with Ke’ Aundra. She put me at ease with her understanding and support while maintaining company policy and procedures. Further, she went above and beyond to assist me however she could during the move. I sincerely appreciate and applaud the value of staff members who provide service excellence. Pretty on the outside and Beautiful on the inside is how my special needs young man described Miss Ke’ Aundra when he met her for the first time because she was so very kind to me and gentle toward him. I could not agree more with this profound observation of Ke’Aundra. I wish her continued success , recognition, advancement and prosperity in all of her endeavors.

I am so disappointed. I have been at this storage for two years now. I started out paying $135. Two months ago it went up to $165, this month it went up to $215. I don't understand how they can just keep taking money out of my account. This month is caused another payment another payment did not go through because I wasn't calculating that they would take out $50 more. Then if you don't pay it they add on all these late fees. I'm so disappointed seems they're just out to rip you off. Also this one has not had a dolly or a cart to move your boxes for over a year. My storage is very far to walk. Every storage place I've ever went to has a dolly or a pushcart to move your things. I did call corporate and let them know I'm leaving and you all need to get a cart. It's like going to a restaurant and they're out of silverware because someone stole it. We'll get another one.. your place is just ran so trashy..

I here to pick up a until that I won on auction. Manager Does not pick up phone or return phone call. I have been here Over an hour. Office Hours state open until 6 pm. No not stating when they will return back to the office! I have until 11 am 10-08-2022 to empty unit! How when no one’s here! Further update on Saturday I called manager again and I never had a call back yet. Poor poor communication skills

Again call the Storage at 9:30 AM to see if I can get into my storage that I bought a day ago. The storage manager does not answer my phone calls nor does return my phone calls now I will be in default default. And won’t be able to bid on storage wars or storage treasures no more because of the manager with her poor unprofessional manner
