Got a unit here on 8/18, the manager on duty was Dez and he was extremely helpful. The reservation I had online I didn't care for and he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I truly wanted.

Rented via rental the process was easy. Spoke with Kida on property was very courteous.
My unit was broke into. Stole all my husbands tools, stole several tvs, stole my speakers and amps, stole a cashapp card and tried to purchase items at walmart. We now have the internet address used on that purchase. My daughters Urn on the ground busted. Took a Playstation 5. My 9mm gun.
Amongst other stuff. But funny thing is that the lock was not messed with nor the door. We were able to unlock our unit like normal and it wasnt until we opened it up that we noticed it was ransacked. Oh and they left a cup with their finished drink and finger prints on it. Hmm. Interesting isn't it?!

First I want to say thank you to Ms. Lisa for her kind heart and truly looking out for her customers. I had an unfortunate experience happened where my belongings and my children’s belongings were abandoned by the account holder who I shared a unit with. My children’s and I’s stuff was then put up for sale at auction. One of the most valuable items was my children’s medical records folder that included very personal items. I immediately called the public storage location where my stuff was being held and I spoke to Ms. Lisa. I explained to her in great detail about what was going on and looking for any answers as to what I can do to retrieve the medical records. She was very considerate of my feelings. She wrote down my phone number , took down the description of the folder that my children’s medical records were in. She was staying on high alert for those records on my behalf and I truly appreciate her. She put her team on high alert about what was going on as well and kept me up to date on details regarding my children’s medical records. Even though my material items are no longer in my possession , the fact that I have someone looking out for my children’s personal property means so much to me. I say that to say this, if you do rent from this location, these workers are more than just employees. They truly care and try their best to keep everyone satisfied even through traumatic experiences. I thank Ms.Lisa for what you did for my children and I.

very unprofessional business. assigned me a broken unit. the people in the office leave well before 5pm. i’ve tried to contact the property manager and left several voicemails to receive a call back no one has reached out to me. can never get a real person on the phone. asked for a refund receipt or a receipt of cancellation of my reservation the customer service specialist i finally got a chance to speak to after calling 10 times in the last 2 days says they cannot provide me documentation of refund or cancellation. Not to mention this place has rats. please store your valuable items elsewhere don’t waste your time or your money at this ran down poorly managed establishment
I dont know if all units have power, but mine does. Has on off switch (must supply own bulb).
Can use their app to open main gate "convenient when raining", pay bill- i like how you can pay whatever ammount you want rather than an only pay all at once option- like the last contactless storage dump i was at.
