Estamos muy contentos por este lugar, y por la atención especial que nos brindó Eric Lewis él es una gran persona y muy amable él entendió y nos ayudó con lo que necesitabamos si pudiera dar más estrellas lo haría les recomiendo aquí 10 /10 al principio teníamos duda de venir a este lugar pero hoy sin dudarlo lo recomiendo 👍🏻

Second Review (Eric): My unit was rained around Thanksgiving and it took 3 claims to get the ball rolling finally. Then again around Christmas, it leaked. We reported it to Customer Service who claimed that maintenance would contact us within 48 hours but no one called or showed up to repair the unit. I put in for another unit and called CS to transfer the funds because I prepaid for the current unit (which was unusable) but Eric (Property Manager) stepped up and stepped in kept my business. He helped me find a proper unit when customer service kept giving me the runaround. I was so disappointed because we have been renting since December 2022 and felt we deserved better than this. I am so thankful for Eric and ALL of his assistance. I am glad he works for Public Storage. ( Fyi...I told Erik because of him I could dance all over Public Storage like David danced). Thanks a million, Eric!! First post (Trina) Ms. Trina is the bomb! She has gone above & beyond to make my storage experience awesome. I really appreciate her being on the property to always assist and her customer service is impeccable. I have been with Public Storage since December 2022 & I have seen a few managers but Ms. Trina takes the cake! I will continue to rent from PS & recommend this facility because of Ms. Trina! Thanks a million for Managers like her....awesome!

Customer service Eric was amazing he was very helpful and very patient with me (first time auction buyer and renter)He informed me of everything i needed to know before renting and even a few rules in regards to purchasing a unit through a auction. With this being my first time renting a unit space Eric made sure the process was hassle free.

I once had this location rated as five stars due to their excellent customer service, but Shannon has singlehandedly killed my experience with this storage facility. She must've did a great manipulation job during her interview because no one would hire someone as rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as her, if they knew how unruly she is towards customers.

Tierra at the desk was awesome. She was extremely kind and helpful. The rep on the phone for the original booking, Sinai, was great as welll. Awesome service! They deserve a raise!!

I was a walk in and Eric helped me with no hesitation. He also made sure I was happy with my unit selection before purchase. Mr. Eric gave me several options to choose with no hassle. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

I would like to thank Ms Trina for helping in fix my unit door I also asked her about renting another space he gave me f256 if I clean the unit out I was so thankful it was close to my unit her customer services was perfect with the amount I’m paying she did explain the rent and insurance policy nice customer service and smile…

Trina at Store 28134 @ 6906 Tara Blvd. was awesome! She helped me resolve issues regarding a past due payment. Customer service wasn’t even able to help me, but Trina worked it all out! She was very pleasant, sweet and got my issue 100% solved, this Public Storage employee was beyond helpful!!!! She really made my day much, much better! Thank you, Trina!!!

The best part about my experience has been with dealing with Trina. She has been very polite , professional and knowledgeable of my account. Although I was late on my account and she was calling to see when I could pay it she would always inform me of my options and helped in anyway she could to get me back on track. She never appeared rude or frustrated when I didn’t understand the fees she was patient and efficient and took the time to look after my account and keep me informed of any changes. I appreciate the compassion she shown while my family and I were transitioning our move out of state.

Honestly I don’t think they make em like Ms Trina. When I tell you that she is top tier when it comes to professionalism! Give that woman a raise! She went above and beyond and I was having a bad day but her energy was everything! Timing was unmatched! As long as it’s people like Ms Trina working here , business will forever boom!

I'm sorry I can't give a good review. I can never get these people on the phone no matter what time I call. I can never get these people to return a phone call no matter how manyessages gets left. I got this unit in the moving process during a financial hard time, living in a hotel. Now I live in Gwinnett, no where close to Tara blvd & I can not just to down to this location at the drop of a dime. These people at this location are so freaking worthless. How many times does one person have to call or leave a message? It makes no sense that whoever runs this place still has a freaking job. I can do what they're doing so easy. Yall can pay me to not pick up the phone, I'll be great at that!

Public Storage in Tara is a pleasant, clean & secure place to store your belongings. Nocolai is warm & friendly and will show you how to access & use your storage room. Highly recommended.
