I was scheduled to meet with management about my reservation. The meeting was confirmed the day before. I arrived five minutes before this meeting and start unloading. No one was there and the door was locked. I called and left a message with management to contact me about the meeting. No one has contacted. I had to contact the main office who proceeds to inform me that management at that location should have been there so that I get an access code. On a positive note, the facility is very clean and easy to maneuver and I was able to get my access code from the main office.

I had an exceptionally positive experience with Mrs. Shontil. She exhibited exceptional kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout our interaction. It is clear that she genuinely enjoys assisting others and is willing to go the extra mile, even without personal gain.
Last week, I sought her assistance with a storage need. I informed her that I would finalize the details with her the following day. Despite my subsequent decision not to proceed with the storage, she promptly reached out to me the next day.
The Tara Boulevard location is exceptionally clean. The restrooms, the building itself, and even the elevators are meticulously maintained. Mrs. Shontil’s dedication and exceptional service make her an invaluable asset to the organization. She undoubtedly deserves a salary adjustment that reflects her contributions.
