My first time using Public Storage and so far everything has been great!! I got my unit at a great price I hate they given no discounts for being a veteran seems like Georgia is anti-veteran the business here don't give the veterans nothing!! The staff is very professional and always eager to help. I have a climate controlled unit 10 X 15 more room than needed for now!! I like how you can add the insurance whenever you want it's not something you have to get right away or if you don't get you can't add it later!! Public Storage I would recommend them!! They also have parking spaces for your car you can store it here as well!!

I could not be more happy to have this friendly and helpful crew at the public storage location. The DM Curtis was there and helped with my unit. Rickeena and Laura had excellent customer service. I am very grateful for them.
I was shown multiple units in person to gauge which one would be best, but it took a couple months before I actually used the spaces and saw they weren’t what the lady told me and are way too small. Every time I go into the office, the women there seem to have an attitude and don’t want to assist. The prices I’m paying are not worth the sizes of the units and I would not have used them had I been given the correct information by the front desk. The first month, my family couldn’t access the indoor unit. It would only allow access from the front desk and the worst part is I was under the impression, that they had 24hr access smh I definitely will not use them in the future or refer anyone. I do hope they get better
Update: I have been back several times since my initial review and the customer service was completely different! Maybe I caught them in a bad few weeks. Either way I want to express that I appreciate the change in the service and at least wanted to add another star
Perfect service. I was only going to do a storage for one month, but the lady working during the weekday was able to help make an even better decision at a better price. Her plan was way better than mine because I ended up paying for three months at one time. The lady working on Sunday was so sweet and patient. She gave me some good advice, helped me pick out a lock for uhaul so they stuff wouldn’t fall out while driving, all while my phone was on 1%. You never know what people are going through and I was really going through it and the lady from Sunday took such a patient approach that brought me so much peace that carried me through the week.

This is the worst storage place ever I rented one a year ago all my stuff was molded and wet and was late one time and they cut my lock saying someone else did it half my stuff gone mad again just recently did the same to my nieces unit all wet and molded and half her stuff gone cuz again she was late so they changed the lock then said someone broke it too and u can’t see it or who went into unit crazy how this keeps happening NEVER RENT UNIT HERE

Everytime i come here to try and get some info from someone after 11 it’s never anyone answering the phone nor on the property it’s 2:30 and I’m trying to get a cart for the third time 3 different days and the door is locked smh

Definitely would use a different storage unit, after 4 months, they raised my rent by 50 bucks a month. Ridiculous for a place this old and not climate controlled.

I was helped out today by Ms.Tanisha and hands down this was the best experience I've had with this company. She was attentive, and extremely helpful. This is horrible I've been with them almost about 2 years and I noticed this I'm going to call them how can you rate your storage one minute is $200 and the next minute it jumps up to $400 I'm going to report this to the president hopefully something could be done about it this is ridiculous I believe it's price gouging and this month is outrageous everyone of those units y'all need to look into it because I've been a customer and it is extremely high !!!

I visited the frontage Rd location after trying to get service at 3 other locations. The staff were very informative patient and kind . They offered me many promotions to accommodate my needs . Ms.Trina is the young lady that assisted me today and with her warm smile made my move so easy . She had me in and out within 10 mins . An absolute great team member. Keep it up ladies ๐ค
The manger amber with the red dreads was so unprofessional n disrespectful gave my son a use lock for his space and after he put his things in and came back the next day the key got locked inside the lock and she tell us that's not her problem than start to b real disrespectful so I walked off as I was walking off another manger name Tina stopped everything she was doing and to help us with the lock I really appreciate Ms.Tina such a great customer service
Was quoted a price online but had system issues once I got there and was never communicated that the reason for my updated pricing was because of my original reservation not being available. Been calling for weeks and got ahold of the same lady who helped me in person who then told me she will put a note on my account and gave me a number to call. So I thought this will mean my original emailed quote would be granted. False. I’ve Finally been able to call the number and was told that because I signed the rental agreement for that price that was what I’ll have to pay. (This is no issue because yes I did sign it but there was so much going on I was ready to go(but it wasn’t communicated to me that this is why)) When I called back the next day once I realized that the total was my monthly total instead of my original I thought I could get something situated. But instead of after calling customer service then calling this location back the lady seem as if she had no care about what I was saying and simply stated “yeah that’s the quoted price for your units now” OKAY, so I see that there’s no solution for what I’m saying. It is okay though. I know it’s all about getting the money.

There are no carts or dollies available for use and some of these units are on the third floor (but Laura was extremely helpful*****)
DO NOT USE THEM. I paid about $70 for a month of storage for a unit that was advertised as First Month for $1. All that extra money in fees. I rented the unit on the 28th of the month. 4 days later on the 1st of the month they invoiced me an additional $230! My $70+ was for a FULL MONTH. As I only needed the unit for a week, I moved my stuff out in a few days called to clarify if this invoice was correct and they said yes I have to pay! I went to talk to the staff in person and she said no, it must be a mistake! All of this within 10 days of renting the unit for 1 month. Of course I didn't pay and they sent it to collections! Did I mention the storage unit had ants and an unknown dried liquid in it that smelled. I have photos. If you want to pay $300+ for ONE MONTH in an outdoor, tiny, infested, stinky, dirty box that they couldn't even be bothered to clean before renting then be my guest.

I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been storing my items here. Today I had the luxury to flawlessly upgrade my unit to bigger one. Laura was extremely helpful & gave me a very detailed idea of what I will be able to store in my new unit. She explained everything thoroughly. I know this is out her control, but I do wish there were more push carts available. Maybe the company can invest into some more.
This one star is only in relation to gate closing super early.....I got to this at 704pm..... This is a major inconvenience....I've been on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting..... Please help me how this helps your customers....The recording says thank you for your patience..... It's not patience.....I don't have a choice.....
Please don't rent from this company public storage on frontage Rd. Forest Park, Ga 30297. Totally unprofessional and a very bad rat infestation. And the orange door insurance company they use refuses to pay for my ruin property. Absolutely horrible. Heads up this is a forewarning.

You have to get the cart from the rent office. I believe there is only one available if someone hasn't got it already. If your storage is above the ground level, the elevator is always broken. It seems like they always raise the price to fix the elevator. I went try to get in my storage and I couldn't because the elevator was broken and they don't give you the code to the other door that would allow you to get to the the one that works.
Came by this morning. Office was closed due to a meeting but the ladies in the office were still nice enough to help me. Thank you!!!! The property is always clean and everyone is always so nice.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I’ve had my belongings stored here for 6 months, I come to move it out and apparently there has been a rat infestation that they were aware of. Closed down buildings 3000 & 4000 because someone left perishable items in there storage. I was not notified of the issue to determine what to do with my belongings. Would not recommend a place that neglects their storage spaces of well known issues.

Laura and Trina were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Laura checked us out, she was patient, explained everything from hours of operation, unit insurance, pymt ,late charges, activation, downloading app, and what to do when we no longer need storage unit etc. Laura and Trina make sure they enforce that mask are required entering store ๐คฃ they do not play about mask.
