Great, clean facility, and Tabitha was so nice on the phone and directed me right to my unit when I was first loading it up, then was just as sweet when I stopped in the office. I’ve had a unit and a parking space here for going on 6 years now. I am so glad that Public Storage took over last year from the previous company. The customer service now is way more professional and welcoming. When Public Storage took over they kept Jacob around. I’m glad they did because he’s a good man that loves to help his customers. If he doesn’t know something he does his best to find the right answer and not blow smoke. Tabitha is a ray of sunshine and you can tell she loves everyone she meets. She goes out of her way to help each one of her customers. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude, even when I’m having a bad day. This lady is amazing! Great job is an understatement. She makes you feel like family. When I thought about moving she helped me save money. When I left my keys in my other truck she helped me. When the guy next to me was parking crooked, she asked him to straightened it up and keep it between the mayonnaise and mustard. lol She is awesome y’all! So glad she manages this place now! If you want a terrific place to store your stuff, this is it!

Absolutely horrific experience with the location and district manager. I was assigned a unit that is almost impossible to access, then reassigned to a parking spot that is graveled and with an incline, not even paved. I was told i would get a refund for the unit rental and 6 calls laters I’m still waiting for it. Every time I’m told the district manager will be looking at it and nothing. Avoid at all cost.

When Public Storage bought out Simply Storage I was expecting the management to go from bad to worse. Boy was I wrong. I have had a few different reasons to approach the store manager, Tabitha. I have always been treated with respect and a positive attitude that clearly demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I may not have always gotten what I wanted but I felt heard and have known that she was helping to the best of her ability. I just recently had to move my stored items out of Public Storage. I had given my notice, then later made a couple of trips in and out to retrieve my items, cleaned the unit, and took my lock. Before I could even let Tabitha know I was out she sent me a move out receipt. She clearly pays attention to what is going on in the facility via the cameras, saw that I was out, checked the unit, and took care of business. Not many people take their jobs so seriously. I appreciate that level of professionalism. Thanks Tabitha!

But the following day I went in and was greeted by Tabitha with literally open arms. She was personable, kind, compassionate, professional and definitely brightened my gloomy week!! Jacob is very informative and wonderful to deal with. He is kind and shows everything about the facility and the facility is very clean and bright. A pleasure to have a unit here. Jacob explains things so its easy to understand.

To say that I am unsatisfied would not be correct. Roaches, mice, and broken lights have left my blood pressure nearly as high as the ever increasing rent prices The whole complex is infested with cockroaches. I had to spray my unit with pesticides to combat the problem and have to maintain that regularly. It wasn't always like this, only for the past year. Things were fine for a very long time, but now the whole facility is overcome with all species of cockroach. Additionally, most of the lights do not work at night. So if you have to come after dark, be ready to have cockroaches crawling all over you and your belongings in the dark. No lights whatsoever. Pitch Black. And I'm not even exaggerating when I say hundreds of cockroaches. If I could post a video to this review, I would do it in a heartbeat. Any day of the week after dark, check it out for yourself. It's disturbingly disgusting. Also, rats. Plenty of them. Again, wasn't always like this, but it sure is now. What is simply self storage saying about this fact? Why nothing. However, since becoming infested, they have kindly offered a pesticide service for a not so small fee. So thoughtful. Did I mention there's no lights at night? Like none. I have brought this to the attention of staff multiple times and was told that an electrician would be there the following week, 6 months ago. 2 weeks ago I inquired a second time since it had been 6 months, and I was told that it could be a blown fuse or breaker and he would check it immediately. He was pretty sure that's what the problem was. As I type this, I am currently sitting in the dark surrounded by cockroaches as well as the several people who live in their storage units here, because that's the thing. You will occasionally find human feces, and smell it frequently. In the past 6 months, my rent has gone up nearly $100. Putting me at almost $300 a month. I can rent a new storage unit in this complex right now, for $166. And in the rental agreement there is no statement about the increase in rent. I just read it before typing this. It says they have the right to increase it whenever they want with 30 or 60 days notice. So if I want the lower price, I am welcome to purchase another storage unit and move units at my inconvenience. After 4 years in the storage complex, the disappointment has compounded time and time again. Save yourself the trouble and find a better facility -- Unless you are okay with cockroaches, rats, broken facility amenities, and a staff that has no desire to fix any of it. Simply self storage, I had very low expectations for my overall experience. It wouldn't have taken much to please me. Nonetheless, you find innovative ways to lower the bar time and time again. Please do better? Or stop raising the rent. Dealers choice

These people rock! Kira has a lovely personality and has done a wonderful job of meeting our needs!!!

Pros: good access, well-maintained, staffed office, super-easy checkout process. Cons: Freaky crazy hillside location that's difficult for novice truck renters to navigate. Insurance is required and we got asked for proof of insurance multiple times during our rental period for reasons unknown. You can't just rent a unit and then move in at your leisure -- you MUST immediately put a lock on it or you'll get nasty notes from management that you haven't done so. (Nothing against the guy who works there now, as that happened to us before he was there even though we rented in absentia.) When our movers removed our lock last week, we found our unit had been re-rented even though we're paid through the end of the month. You don't want the temp-controlled units closest to the access doors, as you'll end up with the fine dust that blows in inside your unit. Our other units weren't near the door and everything inside was as clean as the day it was stored there over a year earlier.

Alan was an excellent help throughout the process of getting this unit. Very informative and helpful.

I've been renting an indoor storage unit at their Flowerly branch. Kira originally signed me up. Yesterday I needed to store an enclosed trailer. Unfortunately I am in Bangkok for several months. Kira walked me through the entire process and stayed on the phone patiently until everything was completed. When I'm looking for an excellent new staff member from my team I will call Kira so be warned. She is fabulous!! She deserves to be a manager and also a raise! The daily guy working there. He is wonderful and so helpful. The company tho sets all new customers on auto pay when all I needed was a spot to park my sons car a week total so. I paid 60 bucks for 3 days and was okay I get it I need them so okay. Then 104 dollars was taken from account and the guy working there can’t refund it the district manger will and now there saying sometime this month. Rip off if ya ask me never hear such a lie. Took my money sent my bank account in the red and he calls and said he couldn’t do his district manger would and he don’t know when he’ll be there which is another lie. So if you want to be robbed and lied to choose this place because that is what they done to me so be careful people they are rip offs

Storage is nice but I failed to listen to the people who warned me about how this facility steadily raises the prices every month. They’ve raised my bill over $150 in under 4 months. That’s beyond insane and needs to be addressed immediately. They claim that it’s due to the economy but people have said that they’ve been doing it for years. Be warned.

i guess i called at a bad time, i called the wrong place and instead of saying “no worries” and going on with his day a man answered very irritated and said “you caught me on lunch” i apologized and he asked what he could help me with and i asked my question and of course since i called the wrong place i apologized and said “im sorry for interrupting your lunch, have a great day” and instead of a “simple” no worries he said “yeah you should be” and hung up the phone. i would not use this place, im not one to complain but i was nice.

Was moving out of one my units. Alan helped out and made the process quick and easy. This is why I have had multiple units at this facility. Staff is always helpful.

The reason for 3 stars is that climate controlled unit had a leak. It was a center, inside unit. I had my stuff stored for over a year and some of the boxes were found with mold on my belongings. The way the insurance works is that it has to amount pretty high to make a claim so you are basically out of your belongings if it doesn't add up.

The staff at the rental office is great and the main guy Alan is very helpful if you need a hand or advise ….. Thank you Alan …..
