Seriously over priced and they lied and told me I was REQUIRED to have the $15/month insurance instead of allowing me to opt out. I saw the exact same storage unit in the same facility for half the price and they did not care. They then significantly increased the rent after 3 months and 6 months with no warning. Also the first month free is not free. They charge you all kinds of fees. And if you don’t live in on the 1st, guess what, you still have a full months rent due again on the first of the month regardless of what day you moved in. It’s a lying marketing tactic. Go somewhere they are honest, transparent, and care about doing the right thing by their customers, not here. Plus there is literally no parking and no room for moving trucks trying to load and unload.

If you want a facility that will give you a deal to move in, then jack rents up through the roof, then this is the right one for you. I started at $84 per month for a 10x10 and in 3 years, they increased me to $219 per month. It is a clean and safe facility though.
Jeff is such an asset to your company. He was very personable and professional during my rental. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. It’s so nice these days to have great customer service and Jeff is a great example of that. Thanks!

Nick was incredibly helpful and friendly upon arriving for the first time today. He showed me to the unit, ran me through the logistics and gave some good tips. Facility is clean, safe, and perfect for what we need.
I used the facility for a week, there is an on line move-in special for 1 dollar down and 30.00 for first month. The facility is extremely clean and there are bath rooms on premise; dollie's, and hand trucks. There are numerous floors levels, elevator, and locks comes with unit. I met the manager and Jeff, they were very friendly, and professional. Everything can be done online.
The facility has gotten much better recently. It feels cleaner. The interactions that I have had with the new management, Nick Johnson, have been wonderful. I appreciate that he is not only very personable and professional, but feel he takes pride in the place he works and wants to make it better for everyone. Thank you for the movement forward.
Nick Johnson was so helpful with getting my units transferred great customer service and friendly give him a raise my other experiences here have been not so great but nick was able to resolve issues other workers could not my past visits

Over here at the public storage on flowery Branch MS Tabitha took great care of all the problems that I was encountering. She was awesome and I would recommend if you live around the flowery Branch Georgia area please use this storage facility, it is one of the best.

Never answer's the phone and front desk always empty.
Customer Service is a disgrace. Since Juanita is not seen at the front desk anymore, whenever you are in the area and stop by to pay a bill or find a space to rent these front desk clerks are absent for over an hour or more, and the door sign is saying "we're open." Many times I went there other people are waiting. I'm here now since 4:15 p.m. it's 5:15 p.m. and no one is here. A silver Honda car license RUZ5195 in front of the building parked in the parking lot. It's just a shame.
if i could give negative stars i would, they are incredibly underprepared and over priced, one of the workers even tried stealing $80 from me when i tried to buy a new lock. i do not recommend this storage place to anyone you are better off keeping your stuff in a basement somewhere honestly.

Went to the office yesterday to get some info on storage and the facility. Brandy was amazing. She took me on a tour and showed me everything and gave me great info. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. She talked and laughed with eacher during the whole visit. I will definitely be storing here in a couple of months. Brandy made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The faculty was so clean. That's something I look for when I do business with a company. Thank you brandy for a great visit yesterday.
No excuse to not have someone there DURING OPEN HOURS especially on a Saturday. No carts where available, no one answered the phone, no one on property. Completely unprofessional. Plenty of other people where there and upset no one was there to let us use the carts. And if the only staff member needed to leave during lunch, (which no one was there for over an hour) then put a sign on the door. What’s the point of saying your open just to not be there?
They go up on rent every six months be careful!!!
If you are moving things into storage there are no carts available after hours. I guess this is to keep people from moving out without paying. But the attendant leaving could have offered one . The world we live in.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Let me start off by saying this my first experience with storage units, and I’m impressed. Very clean, lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to get things unloaded easier, by providing us a cart to use. It makes all the difference when you experience great customer service! Please whoever sees this, if you could pass this along to the lady upfront, would be greatly appreciated! Thank y’all for a great first experience!! 😊
