This new storage facility is very clean and offered a great price. Shout out to Eric Lewis who was willing to go show us a unit and then took care of the rental booking and answered my many questions patiently. It was a busy day with other customers and he took care of all of us which resulted in him missing his lunch break. That's customer service above and beyond!

Nikolai was very patient and helpful with my billing questions and clearing a misunderstanding about my account. His friendliness was refreshing and his knowledgeability was reassuring that we chose Public Storage for our storage place.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!! PLEASE READ IN FULL!!! Ive been stuck here bc they close at 7 I am a commercial airline pilot. I am also a single mother of 3 kids Im so so busy I need my last storage unit again🙏 (Except its diff state) Bc normally, on an as needed (moving in/out/cleaning up garage) any customer could call ask for 24hrs access…boom granted on an as needed basis. This place not ONLY doesn’t do that, but 1000% sucks in customer service they limit access to 7pm and doesnt give a damn about customer service WTH!!!! So now not only will I have to be severely inconvenienced to move out..its at these stupid hours and the front office SUCKS BIG TIME!!!They arent there during hours and office is almost always locked. I’m retracting my original five star review ********************** Follow up AGAIN When I call , they hang up on me. Why? Is it A) Just bc I called to complain (again) B) Bc they absolutely suck at customer service C) Bc they KNOW I loathe them and their service and they suck at customer service ******************* Follow up The service took a nosedive I call during business hours, No one answers. If I allow the phone system to recognize my account and press option to speak with ‘ property manager’ I go to voicemail where time and time again no one calls me back. ********************** All previous storage units I have rented in the past have better access hours. Those who ended access hours at 9pm, would allow temporary 24 access on an as needed basis via a phone call request. ********************* If you do not care about Customer Service, if you do not need to speak to the property manager ever and if you want ridiculously early ending access hours…. Then this is the perfect place for you.

I rented a storage unit today with public storage, and Mrs. Chanté gave us the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She explained every detail thoroughly to make sure we understood the policy and any details we didn’t understand. She served us with a smile and has a great personality that made me feel welcome and know my things will be safe in there facility. I definitely give her 5 stars! If you want to rent a storage I recommend the hwy 85 location and ask for Chanté! She will surely help you find the right unit for you
