Okay let start off by saying Dymond REALLY CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS PLACE I GAVE A 1 STAR BUT AFTER DEALING WITH HER THEY CAN HAVE ALL 5 STARS SHE REALLY DID HER THING THANK YOU so much
10/10 do not recommend.
Storage manager is hard to get a hold of, never in the office when you need em, never picks up the phone. I will say she is very kind and helpful when you catch her but catch her if you can.
Someone moved in a few months after me and caused a roach infestation on the basement floor as well as foul smell which affected my unit. When I visited my unit there were roaches crawling on my storage door and outside in the hallway.
Was trying to move out on 10/31/24 no one was at the office from 3pm-6pm not sure if they were there before 3pm. There were many new residents looking for help during this time period.
OH ALSO the elevator breaks down often blocking access to the 2nd floor.

The elevator kept stopping, had to walk around the building to get out. Horrible first experience. No one was there in the office. When I pulled up people were outside looking confused.

I love the way this location is set up. Easy access, very clean environment, and affordable as well. Ms. Chante is excellent! Above and beyond customer service, she is very polite and an expert at managing and running the place.

Hi I would just like to leave a review for Ms. Chante' I had a problem with renting a storage with public storage had nothing to do with the store it was a online issue . But ounce I had a reservation secure everything went smooth from there. Ms. Chante was very helpful in securing my security code.
