This facility locks/closes at 5pm on the weekend and 6pm during the week. That wasn’t announced upon renting. What an inconvenience! Wouldn’t recommend Public Storage.
This was the most difficult and stressful experience. My gate code does not work. From having my information wrong to gate access hours being incorrect online. I sat an waited to gain access to my unit. From 6 am on the gate access didn't work. Security did not answer. Stealth Monitoring does not have an account with them. The customer service line is not answering. I can not wait to end this situation and it is literally day 2.
Shalesha was very professional and attentive to my renting needs. I was on vacation from Memphis Tn and had forgot to pay my Bill. I pulled into her location of 1790 East Woodberry and she promptly assisted me in setting up my last minute payment on my account. BRAVO SHALESHA BRAVO.
Today I helped an elderly friend clean up a rat infested unit for the 2nd time within a year. I must add that she's a very neat/clean person. Thank God she's preparing to move. Rat dropping were everywhere. There was damaged clothes and papers throughout her unit. I would NEVER wish this for anyone. And they have the nerve to charge over $300.00 dollars and go up on the rent. Please believe the negative reviews. POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! The only positive thing I have to say about this facility is that the one female employee was friendly

Please send this woman to a five star restaurant once a month....on vacation....send her to a beach that has sand that looks like sugar.

The Property manager working here today was rude over the phone, did not seem like she wanted to help me. At the end of the call I thanked her and she hung up.
They steal from you after they unreasonably increase your rent not even a month after the so called free or $1 month
My storage unit had been attacked by rats. I had to throw out very expensive pillows and my California king mattress along with bags of clothes. The dead rat was actually found in the storage unit. No one here is helpful at all. No one here seems to be responsible for anything. Maybe other Public Storages are better but i actually have no idea how this location has 4 stars. It’s disgusting. And when we first signed up with this storage unit they took the rent from our acct. claimed they didn’t have it. We then showed them the deduction from our acct and was just told there’s nothing they could do, asking us to pay it AGAIN. Then asked us to re sign up for auto pay after the incident. (Who would be crazy enough to do that???) Please do not rent from here, if you care about your items or expect good business practices.
I visited this location to find out if I can store my car..... To my surprise they do have storages for cars as well...... Very impressive

I jus wanna thank Demetrious at the East Point location for the great customer service and the words of encouragement. He was extremely knowledgeable on the unit I needed and he wasn’t pushing me to buy extra stuff I didn’t need, I really appreciate that last part. I told him I was on a tight budget and was going through a lot financially and mentally, he gave me some really good advice, actually lifted my spirits. He didn’t have to say what he said but I appreciate him for it, and for that reason I’ll more than likely stay a Public Storage customer.
