Robert represents the company on the level of professionalism, reassurance, and friendliness. If you was to look up customer first in the dictionary there is a picture of Robert. He made sure the issue that we were having was fixed promptly. Thank you Robert and thank you Public Storage. This move has been hectic but this was the easiest part so far.

Robert made the whole process incredibly easy! He called when I booked online to introduce himself and confirm the booking. The unit was clean and he showed me where it was located on move-in day. Absolutely horrible. Too bad this excellent storage company was taken over by a huge corporation. Paid my triple bill and now they've completely changed the lock without telling me and I can't get my childrens things out. I will be canceling by unit immediately. Never do business with these people!!!!!
I passed the entrance to this place 4 times. It's ridiculous. You actually turn into the heritage housing to get to the entrance.
This was a very pleasant experience. Noah was Awesome. He explained everything, let me know my options and answered all my questions. Upon going back this evening to put things in storage, I noticed the cobwebs that were hanging on the door as you lift it up were gone. Which Noah said he was going to "blow the unit out some". Don’t ever go here I reserved a storage unit paid and signed my lease for me to get to the gate of the facility and not Be granted access due to them having wifi issues. I have yet to be contacted by management I’ve called two different numbers no one answers at the facility.this was on Saturday 4/29 The customer service number on 5/1 stated they have no idea what facility I’m referring to after I provided them with the address. Here it is Monday I had to pay for a whole new unit with another company due to these incompetent , lazy and unprofessional storage specialist that work for this company please have the manager contact me in regards to my refund

Simply self storage is a clean and quiet place. On top of that the service is great. Mr. Robert is a good person to have a conversation with, he shares knowledge, and makes everything readily available for you. The prices are reasonable.l and I recommend going with Simply Self Storage to store your items. Above all, it’s climate control.
Facility & grounds are always clean & in order. Staff is extremely helpful & provide great info on the best way to handle things. Always feel that my belongings are safe here.
