I have had a Storage Unit for about 6 Year's now! Mr Ray Ray is very Friendly & Knowledgeable Man. I go see him every month to pay my bill. My storage unit is at North Leg but I come to this Public Storage to pay my bill because of Mr Ray! He asked how You are doing & he gives the Best Customer Service!!! If You need anything Just ask Mr Ray!!! He goes Above& Beyond to Help You!!! Great Job Mr Ray!!!

The storage company I was with prior to Public Storage was HORRIBLE!! It is such a breath of fresh air to speak to anyone at Public Storage. I have had frequent conversations with Ray he actually helped me setup when I first moved in and he has been so pleasant to work with since the end of last year. He has such a great tone and it’s almost as if I’m talking to a family member anytime I speak with him. He is very thorough and he always makes sure to call me back when needed. I highly recommend renting with this specific Public Storage just because of Ray’s awesome customer service.

Don’t go to them, if I could give them a 0 I would. I’ve had a storage unit here for almost 6 months, a few days ago basically all of stuff got stolen. The property workers acted nonchalant. The property worker stated “have you been to your unit the past two day because your lock is missing but I checked the system and saw that you haven’t accessed the gate recently.” Then proceeded to say “well I’m going to put a temporary lock on it until you get here.” Which is suspicious because you’re not even supposed to mess with the scene when a police report is being made. I asked if there are cameras. The property workers said that it is only cameras at the gate and office. The workers stated that they check each unit twice a day but how when basically all of my stuff got stolen. I asked if any other units were missing locks. The worker said “two other units but they had small locks as well like yours but I see that whoever did not mess with the larger locks.” But as soon as you walk up the stairs the unit right in front had a tiny lock that was smaller than the one I had. And another thing how did the work know specifically who had what types of locks.

The units are behind a security gate and we get personalized codes so they know at all times who is entering and leaving. Very reasonable prices and the customer service is top notch!

I love Public Storage simply because of Ray's awesome customer service. Ray is knowledgable and respectful, always ready to be of assistance whenever he is needed. All Public Storages need a guy like Ray working for them.

My unit was broken into and my life savings along with almost everything I owned was stolen. No cameras or security. Talked with 3 other customers while i was here the last time, and all 3 said their units were also broken into. Police took the report and confirmed this happens hundreds of times per year in this area. There's absolutely no way the overall review rating here is as high as it is, they must be removing the negative reviews somehow. DON'T STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE

When I was in the process of searching for a storage space, it was imperative to me that I found a place that not only catered to my storage needs, but that made their customers their top priority. I came to public storage to inquire about a space after hearing good things about the staff and the location. Overall, the property manager Neikima was very polite and professional, and she explained everything very well. She was great, and I would definitely use their services I’m the future , and spread the word to my friends that have recently moved in the area!

I called to inquire about my increase on a 5x5 sent today In email. It was astonishing how much of the increase. I called and spoke with Tyrone & Lori about it. He was very professional and explained to me. I get the increase but my concern of a $13 jump increase. Tyrone was very considerate and listened to my concern and provided option of seeing what can be done at least for a short period. Well he was able to get approval to extend my current fee for a few months giving me time to decide if I would keep the unit once the new fee calculation kicks in again. I am very pleased that he took the time to offer an option(didn’t have to). Great experience , clean and they are always checking the units. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
