Patrick at the North Leg location helped me out a ton. Literally came in clutch for my whole family when we needed storage, and made sure we were treated right the whole time! The property was clean and well managed, and all the folks I encountered were professional and courteous every time. If I find myself needing storage again, without hesitation I'll head up to North Leg Rd Public Storage and find Patrick!

1/2024: Another opportunity presented itself where I needed some short term storage, and as usual, Patrick was there to exceed my needs. Make sure you go to N. Leg Public Storage for all of your long term or short term storage needs. ‐--------------------------------------------------------------- 4/2023: Location is well kept and meets our needs perfectly. All of the staff has been a blessing to interact with and all excel at customer service, making sure you are happy with what you receive. They are quick to suggest money saving options with promotions, which is abundantly appreciated. I was a customer of Patrick, at the Columbia Road Public Storage, then after a move when I was in need of storage again. I was pleased to see him at North Leg location which is closer to my home. He is by far one of the most attentive people I have come into contact with in customer service. His customer service is 10 out of 5 stars, a level of excellence that is seldom strived for these days! He is professional, values customers' time, but also patient, has a pleasant empathetic & understanding attitude, provides knowledgeable and resourceful care, and then also takes things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations! He shows his people-first attitude with how he maintains the property, as well as how he interacts with them. He knows the business so well that he comes up with personalized service to problem solve even some of the stickiest of situations and responds quickly to all problems and concerns. He has helped our family on more than one occasion, and I cannot say enough good things about him.

First of all I when I went to leave a review I noticed that someone posted a review for me last year. I guess the employees have found a way to review themselves under customers name. Anyway Don’t and I repeat don’t pay the extremely high fee for climate controlled units. We had rats and rat feces everywhere along with mold (or maybe it’s rat urine). I’ll admit that we had sealed liquor bottles at the front of our unit and the manager said that could be the reason for vermin. The bottles were untouched and no feces in box. We removed the bottles months ago and didn’t realize that the rat problem was way worse until we went to move out. OMG thank god not all of our things were in cardboard boxes or it would have been a total loss. Now the insurance they force you to take out won’t cover anything to do with vermin because of previous liquor bottles. I told them Public storage even advertises storing wine in their climate controlled buildings. If you can get around the extra insurance fee thru Orange Door do it. They are a rip off too and take a deductible for each claim. We had water damage in our other unit and a year later got $200 for antique items that are ruined!!

I had an unusual experience when trying to retrieve my items. Someone had the main door locked that led to my unit. The property manager thought fast and was able to contact the higher ups on the weekend to solve the problem.

I made my payment late this month but I was still greeted with a smile and courteous customer service.Whenever i’m on the property, its always clean and well kept.
