They are going to say they didn’t get into the unit and attempt to collect an additional month. They’ve done this with every unit I’ve rented and vacated with them . Make sure you take videos and get an email confirming you’ve vacated in time

To all who see this Public Storage is run properly and the staff will go the extra 2 miles for any needs until all your issues are met!!! The place is super clean, orderly, they offer consumables for any storage needs like boxes and ropes and masking tapes and know they have been succesfull since 1972, so that's how good they are

I’ve had an outdoor space for just over a year and today received a rate hike notice. This is the 3rd rate hike in just over a year!! What a bait and switch from their decent original rate. You better believe I am leaving at the end of the month. How can I be confident I won’t keep getting noticed each quarter that the rate is going up?? Very disappointing, Public Storage!!!!

This place is not professional in the way they handle situations. My family got roaches in this place and they never reached out to him. He has tried multiple times to contact them and they refuse to do anything. They promised him things that he is not getting. Just look at his post (post before this) with the roaches. They still have yet to contact him about the roaches. DONT go here and waste money and your time!
