I've always been on the fence with whether I want to use a storage unit, but after much research, and the absolute wonderful staff member Josh that I spoke to on the phone, I decided to move forward with getting a unit. He made this transition so easy, and smooth. His customer service skills are unmatched. Thank you Josh for being so patient and knowledgeable. Give this man a raise!

I’m so please with the new management, I arrived on property after hours and my code was not working and we were not able to go in. I called the 800 number and they were not able to help me but within minutes I received a call from Jahira the manager and she assured me by providing a code to enter the property and I didn’t lost my trip.
The service and the quick turn around exceeded my expectations.
I will continue ti rent here and I honestly recommend this facility under new management that knows how to handle customer service .

I had a great stress free experience renting a storage unit from Extra Space storage located on Recker Highway in Winter Haven. Noah, was very professional and helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. If your looking for a good place to rent a storage unit, this is the place to go!

Mr. Noah was a great help today. After losing my keys, Mr. Noah help me replace the lock on my storage unit. He did this even though it was past the normal business closing time 0600PM. This was a great service to me and my family.

Stay far away these reviews are lies and misleading this place ruined our belongings unprofessional the manager Jesse the assistant Rachel *Warning do not use this place rats and mice ruined our things hard working husband and father of 4 girls and Business owner this place ruined everything we have beds clothing etc.... it's so much to write I don't know where to begin or end I most definitely am warning anyone Stay far away over priced unprofessional place of business the pictures will tell the story I will leave a review warning others of this facility please stay away RATS and MICE infested not even the courtesy of an apology just handed us an insurance brochure smh .........Update so not only did we not get reimbursed for our items because we told the staff that we would seek legal counsel they denied our insurance claim not only that now 2 years later someone called us today as a collection agency saying we owe them this is by far the worse company and thank God we are back on our feet because we are gonna sue everyone involved EVERYONE you definitely got the right people just look at the pictures

Letha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our phone conversation. I actually called just for a quote and she gave me such a good rate I simply signed up that day. The day I registered my RV, Rachel was professional and friendly. She again made the process very easy. I highly recommend Extra Space on their customer service alone.

This place is a scam, first of all it was suppose to be first month free. I still paid $90 upfront and the rest the second month. It’s not first month free. On top of that I wrote my contact information down for them to put in the system. They still managed to get it all wrong, so when they changed the rates which was out of nowhere mind you I only have been with this storage for 2 months 10 by 10 for a NON CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT!!! They basically just make up what ever amounts they want to charge you for the month because they aren’t consistent and they don’t care to mention anything about making an online account to handle your payments they are lazy and unprofessional here.
