Just got a 10x10 unit with John on the phone and had a great experience. Was very informative and patient when the payment process was having issues.

This office is great. Stopped in the office to ask some questions regarding their spaces and Lynn was extremely helpful. She explained all the move in costs, hours and answered any questions I had. This location will definitely have my business, both personal and business related!

I love this storage facility. It’s close to my house, has lots of options when it comes to unit sizes, and has supplies for sale. Most importantly, it’s climate controlled and free of vermin. The facility is brand new, and it’s clean and well maintained. Lynn, the lady who assisted me at the desk is a real professional. She was very welcoming, and was able to set everything up to my liking. She knew a lot about the business, and showed me my unit, and the whole facility. The price is right for what you get. It’s half the cost of my old storage unit.

Considering moving my business further inland, and looking for a storage space. Lynn was super helpful and answered all my questions about safety, cleanliness, insurance, locks, and...well, everything! Lol Size and pricing are well with in my budget. Thanks for your time, Lynn. Much appreciated!

First of all, I have to congratulate the manager, Francis, for all her professionalism and excellent attention to us as clients. I just stopped by to ask about prices and availability, and she always had a very positive attitude, and I truly loved it. I also want to point out that the property is super well located and its cleanliness is incredible, unlike other storage facilities. I want to give her more stars because not everyone does the job with such enthusiasm and attitude. In these times, customer service has been lost. Congratulations.

The app that opens the gates doesn't recognize the exit gate forcing you to exit your vehicle and enter an excessively long code everytime you need to leave. Additionally it does not work on the door to the buildings, again requiring me to enter a long code with every single trip to the vehicle. I have reported it weekly for a month both at the location and via the customer service line and nothing changes. Lastly the entry keypad is not accessible from a vehicle window and is up next to the gate, so if you forget your phone plan on exiting your vehicle to get into the facility. Very disappointed with this location. The only positive thing I can say is the 2 young ladies in the office I have encountered have been very kind and professional. Update: the location contacted me directly and stated they are working on the issue and the DM has been made aware. Apparently Public storage does not control the gates or the keypads. A 3rd party security company is responsible for the functionality of them. I have adjusted my rating to account for that.

The young girl that works there is AWESOME🥳However, the service is pathetic, and so is the set up. They only have 1 cart (yup you read that correctly), and they have this stupid yellow pole smack dead in the center of where you have to pull in at. I actually scrapped the pole trying to get out of the parking lot in my Ram 1500.

Had a great experience with Kiana. She was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions!

Just rented a unit 2 days ago and started moving things in..we are in the middle of moving so this is an important thing for the process..we tried going back yesterday and there system is offline and nobody can gain access to the inside units. Being told we have to wait till Monday for someone to try to come fix the issue. Not offered an outside unit or anything to assist. So moving has become a nightmare unless I want to pay an extra $100 for another unit they have access to.
