Horrendous facility. Communication is beyond poor. They are deceitful about how they operate. I've had a unit here for less than 6 months and they are already increasing the rate by more than 40%. There are plenty of other good options in the area, don't waste your time or money here.

First time renting a unit here! Linda at the front desk was very helpful in showing us the different unit sizes and explaining how everything works. She also gave extra effort in helping us and making sure the code works. The units look clean and well lit. The price with insurance is also pretty reasonable!

Five stars but….
I recently relocated and decided to use Public Storage to store my belongings. I found the rates incredible and the facility and representative, Linda, to be kind and patient. However, I felt a bit uneasy when asked if I would be LIVING in the storage unit. As a Black woman with a career, I prefer not to feel unsafe in such settings THEREFORE would opt for a hotel if faced with that situation. While I empathize with people in hard times, living in a storage unit of all places is not an option for me, and I am fortunate to have the option to stay with family or at a hotel if needed.
I told Linda that I had brought all my cherished items from another state, and when I mentioned that I had "all my stuff" in my car, she asked the question. However, I don't think it's anyone's business, but I will further clarify: if everything doesn't fit into my new apartment, including new items I bought while here, what do you suggest I do? I would not live in a storage unit or amongst boxes, that’s for sure. Linda attributed the inquiry to corporate policy to a growing trend across the nation, which left me feeling tense about potential discrimination from other renters in the facility, particularly for people of color. While I recognize this may extend beyond Linda to the community mindset, POC must be mindful in this area.
Despite this, I appreciate Linda's kindness, patience, and the facility's cleanliness. I am optimistic about utilizing the space for my belongings and hope for respectful interactions in the future, free from any implicit biases.

Great when self storage owned it. Got bought out by this company and notified everyone by email TWO days before billing came through for next month that prices are significantly going up. Mine would have went up over $50 per month! Closed my account and emptied my unit. What a rip off this company is. Took over and became a glutton for profit. Not the way you do business...good luck staying open

Online rental experience was quick and easy, prices were the lowest I could find in the area for what we needed. Miss Linda was extremely helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. Place is also much cleaner than our old storage place!

This is Public Storage now. The worst storage facility in the US. Please if you value your belongings and money do NOT rent from here. They will constantly increase rent. There are rats, mold, roaches, and other bugs. So many of my things were ruined because they don't turn the air on properly in the climate controlled space. The insurance doesn't cover anything. If your thinfs are ruined by mold, they will cover $250 max if you are lucky. I hate this place.

We just settled into our new place and have gotten everything out of storage and Linda made canceling our storage unit just as flawless as when we first started renting.

It's also air conditioned and has good cameras to help keep track of customers who rent their units. I've been here over a year and have 3 storage spaces all on the same floor and close to each other.

We rented a unit from another location in the past, and it was that great experience that led us back to Simply Self Storage again. Everything is clean, secure, and professional. The staff at this location, Darren and Linda, are so friendly, helpful, and thorough. They made an otherwise stressful move so much easier and enjoyable. I can't say enough to recommend them!
