We came to inquire about sotrage for our Holiday decorations as we frequent the Disney Fort Wilderness Campground near this facility. We are from Miami Florida didnt want to take all this back with is as we will be returning very frequently. We were greeted by Sharon, wow she really knows her stuff she gave us the best advice and prices. She took her time didnt rush at all. Her professional demeanor is incredible and personable. We really were impressed that we came to store the supplies and ended up upgrading as she advised. Kuddos to the facility and Sharon.

Try finding an employee. I have set 3 appointments to lease a unit so I could pick the unit I wanted. Appointments were not kept by them. There is no one there.
If I wanted to simply rent online and have zero contact with anyone this would be the perfect place.
I will say it’s clean and 1/2 mile from my house which I why I wanted to rent here.
When you call the number on the door they push you off to customer service who pushes you off to anyone else they can find.
End result 5 days later I still don’t have a unit.
Absolutely horrible business practices.

For feeling like a ghost town due to the self-serve nature of this business model, I must say I am very impressed. Facility is always clean and excessible. Only negative I have so far is the app does not always grant access the first time but that could just be me!
Tried to take advantage of the buy 1 month, get the 2nd month free promotion, but was still charged for time in the 2nd month. Otherwise didn't have a problem with this place.

I needed a unit very quickly, booked online, and easily accessed the unit. The carts provided really helped with my packing of all my odds and ends, and the woman at the front desk was so helpful when I was moving out once I got my new apartment. I visited the store a few days ago and was greeted by two wonderful ladies named Sharon and Erin .They were very informative about their property and helped me with all of my questions. Worst service imaginable, corporate greed at it’s finest with no discernible ounce of empathy, public storage just took over this location, the previous company took out the payment and I have shown proof but they have me locked out and my 82 year old father with scoliosis and hip degeneration is walking in pain because they have not given me access to my unit. All corporate said is they apologize for the inconvenience, they can stuff their apologies and rectify the situation.

I rented 2 units at this facility for 2 years. I highly recommend this location. I always felt that my belongings were safe and secure. The property was always kept very clean--inside and out. Building is secure. Elevators large and clean. Accessibility was adequate. There are increases in rent every 6 months, but that is pretty standard in this industry. I absolutely love Ms Sharon! She was so very helpful and very kind. Enjoyed talking with her on numerous occassions. I am about to need a storage unit again and I wouldn't think of looking anywhere else.
