highly recommend you do not use this incompetent company was informed by manager he had to cover three locations tried to make payments many times in cash could never find anyone at the location they will sell your stuff off on the final day you have to pay for it go somewhere else that's more professional trust me on this one

My mother rented a space the service was great the lady on the phone help my mother and was so kind . Caroline was ready for all the questions we had and pointed my mother to the right space . Property is clean and my mother just loves the staff . I will recommend storing with this company you just don't get a space you get a connection to. Don't forget they have a App you can open the gate and manage your account too . If myself ever needed a space to store I will totally come here this company knows the right way to help store. Just wanted to say Thank You to Carolyn at Public Storage for helping me out with obtaining a storage unit. Carolyn was a great help in finding a unit to accommodate my needs.
I reserved a storage unit online and came in on my first day. The app opened up the exit gate instead of the entry gate. No big deal! I'll just use my code. I missed that you had to use a symbol before you put your code in so it wouldn't work. I went inside and spoke with the attendant. Erin was so kind to me! I was clearly doing it wrong and she was so patient. Then I got to my unit and realized I accidentally booked an inside unit instead of a drive-up, I went back to the desk for assistance. Erin was helping someone else and I had no problem waiting. She addressed me by name and told me she'd be with me in a moment. I was very impressed that she remembered my name! When it was my turn, I explained what happened. Instead of being frustrated or irritated, she was very understanding and helped me get set up with the unit that matched my needs. When I got back to my correct unit, I was having a difficult time with the lever that opens the garage door. Erin saw that I was sitting there for a little while and called my cell phone to make sure I was okay. When I explained it just took a moment to get the lock open, she said she would spray it with lubricant when she did her walk through later that day. She must have done it because I had no further issues for the rest of the day while I was in and out. I have been very impressed so far! Customer service is top notch.
