Ronald at this location needs a raise and employee of the month. This was our 2nd storage location we tried. As we walked in Ronald greeted us with a smile and happy to assist you. Very friendly. The location property was clean and the storage unit was clean free from damage compared to the other waters location. I appreciate Ronald for taking pride in what he does. In addition Ronald kept his cool and remained respectful when a rude Karen walked in demanding a light bulb. He was great explaining the reason and provided his DM information. You don't meet a lot of stand up people like Ronald. Thank you Ronald!

I will never use this place again. Not even a year andy rent went up 3 times. I now pay about 400 for a 10 by 10. If you're late on payment they cut your lock making you have to buy a new lock even though they lock your storage with their lock. Never again

A super clean facility and helpful staff, the units and elevator is a huge help and the little cart there makes things easy.

Convenient location. Courteous staff. Rental rates have been trending absurdly high. My rent started at $89 with tax for a 2nd Floor inside 5X10. I closed my unit today after rent increased to $153 3 months ago. Before that, it had increased to $137 months before that. All in all, storage rent nearly doubled in the 1.5 years I've been a customer. While I agree that pricing, in general, is influenced by the economic laws of supply and demand, storage rent changed more often than one would expect with no way to lock-in pricing for any fixed length of time My only complaint about the place itself was a chronic lack of carts. I only ever saw 2 at any given time anywhere around the complex. Was told that people steal them or lock them up within their own storage unit and they disappear. Still, I pay good money for an empty space I would visit once a month. I shouldn't have to be worried about having a stroke or heart attack moving somewhat heavy boxes/equipment/stuff manually, but the business is either unwilling or unable to keep tabs on their own equipment. Be prepared to move your stuff box-by-box unless you bring your own cart. Advice: Bring your own dolly.

I’ve been having a unit here for a few years. When I first got it, it was around $70 a month. Now it’s over $140 a month. It’s not even their biggest unit size. Also, if you enjoy having L-carts to help you with your things then don’t come here. They haven’t had L-carts in a very long time and they never replace them so you have to carry everything down long hallways or bring your own wheel dolly. Also the units are a bit smaller than they advertise, I measured mine and it was almost a foot smaller in all directions. Other things are ok such as the climate control and the keypad security gate to enter the property and buildings.

DONT RENT HERE!!! You will make a reservation online for a specific date for move in and then when you arrive they will inform you they already rented that until out and there is nothing they will do to help the situation and then you will be stuck finding another storage company at the last minute. Horrible business practices and false advertising on thier website.

Great location for me and convenient hours

It used to be Great, but as they continuously keep raising our monthly rent, we will be leaving soon.

I have been leasing from this location off and on for years meeting Ronald the manager multiple times during this period. From explaining the lease agreement in detail to offering supplies Ronald was always there to assist. The units and overall facility were always clean and well maintained. With Ronald and/or weekend staff always available during office hours. I would recommend that some type of tracking thing like "Air Tags" be added to the loading carts as they were constantly disappearing. With this in mind I had my own dolly to move boxes.

Never have I had any problems whatsoever. Top notch customer service from Ronald. always friendly and willing to help.

Today was our first day when we went into the office to finish the rental paperwork for our new 15x20 storage unit. Chelsea was there to assist us with the paperwork process. She was very professional and helped us to understand all of our options and explained how the prorated billing would affect our initial couple of months renting.

My experience at this location was great. Ronald who is an employee of this facility explained into detail all the information I needed to know while keeping my property in the public storage unit, he even was willing to assist my husband in moving our mattress and futon into our vehicle and helped to tie the mattress down on top of our SUV. I recommend this location to anyone in the Tampa Bay area.

Our monthly rent sky-rocketed, as I'm sure everyone else's did. We had to downsize from a home to a one bedroom apartment. It was terrible. We had to put our entire life into a storage unit. We are still reeling from this. We chose Public Storage because our Uhaul storage place did not have the size unit we needed. Everything at Public Storage was fine, at first. Fairly reasonable price, so-so cleanliness. They do need new wheels on their moving carts, horrible carts, deafening noise when they move. I reported this, multiple times, and the wheels were never fixed. The bathrooms always seemed to be locked too.Today, after only having the unit since February, they decided to raise our rent $78.11/mo. What the heck is that all about and what reason do they have for that? Uhaul never did this to us. Uhaul was spotless. Uhaul had a security system on our exact storage unit and they monitored it 24 hours a day. If I didnt check in before opening our unit an alarm went off. Uhaul had carts in perfect working order. Uhaul never raised our rent more than $15/mo in any given year. Uhaul has unlocked and spotless bathrooms. Uhaul had friendly employees who were always ready to help you out with whatever you needed. I do not get this feeling at Public Storage. I am a disabled veteran. I just got pushed out of my home and, now, Public Storage is going to gouge me too?!?! As soon as we find a different storage place, we are leaving Public Storage. Hopefully Uhaul has the size we need, I would love to rent from them again. I encourage everyone to do the same. Do not rent from these guys. Go somewhere with a better reputation. Read the reviews, we aren't the first people to experience this. I wish we had read all of them before we chose Public Storage. Shame on you Public Storage. Just because you CAN price gouge rent doesn't mean you should. Ya'll need to find Jesus. $191.53/mo to $269.64/mo. That feels like greed to me.
