I see these reviews (as recent as last week) talking about how great everyone is here including Rich. My question for yall is when did you go? My wife and I showed up multiple times through the day and the office is never open, every phone number you can find is automated, what happened to customer service? What puts the cherry on top is we elected and paid for contactless entry to our unit only to find someone else’s lock on it… Easy fix right? Nope! No one is there to help!😂 Overall a pretty bad experience and probably won’t ever use Public Storage again because of this one….
I love this location, Rich is awesome. Customer service is always great. He's such a positive individual and always has a smile on his face. I can say he really enjoys his job and what he does!!

Although I am not pleased with the unlisted work hours for the facility, Nyssa reported to work and provided excellent customer service and assistance with my need for a larger space. Nyssa was quite rehearsed in her position and displayed a genuine concern for my circumstance.
