There seems to be no communication between storages. I requested to finish payment transaction to be giving the gate code and the unit number. I was told there was no record of my application and an offer was made to rent at this location. When I refuse there was no more help. However, when I finally got the person working there she found my application by entering my phone number and drivers license. The same information was provide to previous employee.

Many thanks to Shelly, Morgan, and district manager Mel for the outstanding job and assistance they provided for this rental. I needed a 10x5 unit for four months to store a motorcycle until a shipper could pick this up. In addition to the rental they helped with the paperwork required to have the bike picked up and also met with the shipper to provide the key. Also, just FYI to others who may wish to store a motorcycle, first be sure the door is wide enough as many units have a door too narrow for a standard size motorcycle. I would highly recommend this facility.

The recent hurricanes produced damage to the storage unit but the staff along with additional helpers made our clean up and/ or inspection of our unit extra simple. Later on someone took off the corner of our unit with a U_Haul truck but the staff alerted me immediately and we worked out a move to another unit fast and easy. The staff has always gone out of their way to make using thei property a very simple process. 10 stars to everyone.

I was actively searching for a new storage unit closer to my home because my current storage unit is 45 minutes away from me. I made a reservation online for multiple units. when I went in to this facility I spoke with Carla. I told her id like to see each unit that I reserved to determine which would be best for my storage needs. she walked with me to all the units and gave her honest opinion of every one. it felt like I was talking to family. after an hour I made my decision with the 15x18 unit. she helped walk me through the process of completing the rental and walked me through the app. I am so happy I went with public storage and I’m telling all my friends!
