I have a 5x10 climate control and I'm paying $109.00 plus tax and there posting same exact unit for$55.00 and this is why I'm pulling out I been a customer for over 5 yrs

The property manager Jasmine is wonderful. When I first moved in she called and advised my unit was not secured as the latch wasn’t properly closed. Upon vacating she offered current deals, but did not have the size unit I needed. She stated she would call when something becomes available and I trust that she will. The grounds are well kept and the unit I rented was clean.
Jasmine is my favorite property manager, she is very helpful and always polite!
So this place is clean, units are roomy, staff is super friendly, price was lower than many other places. I'm loving storing my things here.
The "manager" at this location (Mariner Blvd) Savannah is horrible with phone etiquette and has absolutely no sympathy for Public Storage's customers. I was having a problem with another location close by. I told her that their ph # didn't seem to work. I am one and half hours away. "you just have to go there" "I don't care, I am not going to call them" And then, she just hanged up the phone on me! Fun, fun... What's worse, is at end, she called the other location and the issue was solved. Horrible, horrible...

I've been a client of Public Storage for over 20 years. In September of 2023 I rented a space at this location. Jasmine is the manager and she rented me my unit. I would like to give high praise to Jasmine for running a very customer service friendly, clean, secure facility. I had a minor situtation (not a problem) and had the opportunity to speak with Manny the Regional Manger. He was awesome and helped me with outstanding
customer service that even I didn't expect. So, if your looking for storage in the Springhill area, go see Jasmine the manager. She will get you all set up! Fair and competitive rates as well!
Very nice gated storage, lots of options and great pricing.
Absolutely horrible experience, I went three times to return my lock (during listed office hours) no one was inside but the same vehicle was outside each time and gone right at the closing time. I called and left voicemails that were not returned until the third day. Customer service stated they were not told the location would be closing early when I spoke with them. Also beware because they don’t tell you if you do the “promo” of the first month free and it’s not on the first of the month they will charge you a pro rated fee on the 1st of the following month (IE sign up on the 22 of April pro rated charge will come out on the 1st). If you are going to be closed you need to inform your customers, if customers sign up on auto pay you need to disclose when you will be charging random fees, also if your only going to have one person working change your hours so people stop wasting their time trying to come inside we witnessed multiple people try and go inside each time. If I could give 0 stars I would and definitely won’t ever rent from public storage again after this experience. The only easy experience was signing up and paying.
The whole staff was great but I want to especially thank Jasmine for assisting me and making sure that I was well taken care of, she make sure my unit was good and I was really happy with all the results

The staff is great, specifically Jasmin. However, the district manager named Manny has absolutely no manners or concern for the customers issues or situations. The price has gone up on my unit by over $100 and they refuse to give any relief even though I have been at this facility for over 7 years. If you use 'Public Storage' be sure that it's only for a very short period of time!!!
Mary at Public Storage on Main St. in Spring Hill, TN was so helpful and conscientious. I had to check-in to my new unit close to closing time. She was patient and took the time to make sure my paperwork was in order and that my access codes worked…even helped me download the app. Good customer service post-pandemic is so rare. Public Storage is fortunate to have Mary…she’s awesome!

I have rented units from several different Public Storage locations and have been pretty satisfied with each one for the most part. After renting from jasmine I'd have to say this location is by far my favorite. She went above and beyond while assisting me in getting set up with my unit and even helped come up with a solution to an issue I was having with transporting my stuff! She is awesome! I would definitely recommend renting a unit from here and from now on I will only deal with jasmine because no matter what my issue is I know that she has, and will, always do her best to help me figure out a solution. Actual customer service which is rare these days.
So far I have had no problems they’re online rental was very easy and I like how accessible they make it to get in and out of their establishment. Everything has been extremely clean and I have had no issues. The only thing that I would recommend is for them to put doorstop on the bottom of the doors for the middle areas of the storage units.
Rented a unit, loaded everything up, drove an hour there, got to our unit (which is indoors) only to find out that the light in our unit wouldn’t turn on. Unable to see, we headed to the office to ask about when they would be able to replace the light bulb. The response from the front office was that we rented it “as is” and that there was no guarantee the light would work. They told us that the light was a fire hazard evidently. I guess when you purchase an indoor unit you are expected to unload your items in the pitch black. Won’t be renting here in the future if needed, they can’t even be bothered to make sure you have a working light. Steer clear if you want to see what you’re doing.
You just waisted an hour of my time just to be told that now the unit isn't available. I'm sure that's because the first months rent was $1. Funny how that kind of bait and switch always happens.
Rented the unit while awaiting a Military move. Everything was done electronically so almost no interaction took place with the staff. However when it came time for the transportation company to pick up my household goods, the staff member inside was curt and unhelpful. I wouldnt say I don't recommend using this storage location but if you are not physically at the location and need assistance, you will not recieve it.

I rented here a year ago. I’m returning, I really love this facility an the people who work here. It’s so clean an secure! Never had to worry about my things. jasmine an her family are so sweet. Going on 4 years as a tenant here. Love this storage facility. This facility is very secure but doesn’t have a 24 hr security guard. The lady there, Jasmine, has great customer service and is always super bright. I always tip her because she is so respectful.
We rented a unit,,,day help was very nice,,,however when she went there just after 6pm,,,she went to the restroom and it was locked,so she inquired at the 24 hour security guard for a key,,,he then berated her for bothering him,,,the guy was rude, crude and when she said sorry to bother him ,left.. he then followed her to our unit and continued to act ignorant and upset her.. ,this is uncalled for behavior and have sent a complaint to corporate hdqtrs,,,we will see if they even bother to respond,,,,we are worried about security of our unit now ! We will of course pass this experience on to others !!!horrible 24 hour mgmt,,,very racist

They raise the price every couple of months. If you guys want to paint the place that's fine that's up to you but it shouldn't be up to the customers that have to pay for it.

Jasmine was very helpful with the original rental and with subsequent issues. The property is clean and well-maintained.The local district manager, however (Manny) is rude and condescending,
and seems to be of a minset of "if you dont like it, move out". Despite his inability (or maybe its just his lack of desire) to properly deal with my issue, he refused to let me further escalate my concern. If ANY issues arise that need his attention, good luck. Right now I've stayed purely out of convenience for myself...once I leave here, I will never again rent from Public Storage.
Jasmine is a wonderful caring person!! I had an issue with a price increase and there was a mix up with my mailing address and I never received the letter they sent ref the increase. Naturally i went into a panic mode as I was not expecting such and increase. Jasmine went out of her way to shoot off an email to corporate for them to give me a credit as there was a mix up with my address. (I did get that credit) She also made sure that my rate would stay the same for the next three months. She went above and beyond and i appreciate her very much and so should the company as she is an asset to them. Thanks Jasmine!!!!
