Unfortunately, for now, giving one star ! Made a reservation online. EVERY SINGLE DAY WE GET CALLS from here. Listen I have email. We are busy !! EVERYDAY MULTIPLE TIMES IS TOO MUCH ! Stop bugging my God! It's 30$ you will get the money before I move, in 2 wks -online like your service offers ! .... I've canceled now. Won't make another until right before as I'm driving there haha. Jeeeeze

rate keeps changing, not once has the rate stayed the same. I have gotten a discount one time for an additional three months.... but even at these "discounted" prices still feel like robbery. I have asked to keep this discount and it was declined. I will be moving my stuff elsewhere. The hours are bad for people who work night shift as well... I can never get into my unit in the evening hours. Not interested in keeping my business here the prices are gouging.
Kevin here helped me out, he was super friendly and personable. The building and area are clean and well kept with reasonable pricing. I would recommend this place for storage use especially being open 7 days a week.

Just wanted to say this is a great location if you need to free up extra space in your home! I have been storing at this location for quite a few years. It was recently remodeled and everything is kept clean and pest free. Ria is great with helping you and anything you need and especially taking that extra time for you. The employees always contact you back immediately if you need to speak with them. It is in a great convenient location if you live in the Seminole area!

I use a lot of different storage places in the course of conducting business and I have to say this location has been one of my best experiences. The Public Storage Seminole location is in great condition and they just repaved the entire driving surface of the facility recently. The staff were easily available to answer any questions and quick to call me back almost immediately, every single time, which is rare. Also, Ria stood out me as a big help answering all my questions and was invaluable in ensuring our move out and final billing was done fairly, correctly and that my auto pay was shut off with email verifications and a phone call, all with out having to be asked. All I did was call and leave a voicemail and then I started getting the email confirmations and a friendly phone call explaining what had been done and if I I had any questions within minutes of having left the voice mail. This is rare in my experience with self storage. I am eternally grateful and I will miss being at this location. 5 stars all day and all night!
Mom went by her unit today and said Ria was as helpful as always. She was guiding a truck through the tight turns of the property but as soon as she saw mom standing at the office she went right up to help. I appreciate the kindness shown to an older woman by the younger generation. Ria makes mom smile with every interaction and makes our storage experience much much easier. Thank you Ria!

Went by my unit today to grab a couple of things and make a payment. Ria was as sweet as ever and always makes me feel like they actually VALUE my being a customer. Thank you Ria!
The unit is fine. My problem is that I was able to login to my account on the website but not on the app. I have a couple months of emails back and forth with customer service, but nothing worked. I got a unit for $177/month and then they add on $15 for insurance and about $7 in taxes. I signed up for autopay and they took the first payment no problem. About 1.5-2 months later my unit was locked. All the info on my account had been changed over to a Brian Flowers- who had my same phone number years ago. Gave them all the same-proper info AGAIN and next thing I know my unit that should be costing me about $200/mo total is now costing me $300/mo. Customer service is pointless- they write you back once and never respond again...calling is worse. Looking for a new storage facility now.

Moved in ladder of the month and was told I would not be charged a late Fee my Banks lobby was open on a Tuesday and then closed on a Thursday so via bus I'm trying to get to a bank to get the payment can't get there and get to storage on time before they close they didn't take any of that in consideration told me late fee be 20, 25 bucks late fee was almost $45 when you say something you should mean it especially a business I would not recommend these guys sorry

I have to give much respect to Ria, she has been the nicest sweetest person that I have dealt with at this Public Storage. We came here a year ago, and within a month my husband got diagnosed with kidney failure, and placed on dialysis. I stay all over the place with the stress of being here alone with no support, she never makes me feel bad for not being able to pay at the 1st of the month and never once has gotten upset when I ask her for our code, a million times. But most of all she asks about my husband every single time I see her, and that alone sometimes gets me thru the day, knowing someone here cares. So thank you Ria, for being awesome!
