The worst storage experience I’ve ever had. The prices have went up at least 4 times in 6 months. If I could I would transfer my stuff to the one on 46. Customer service is terrible, the unit is pretty small (10 x20) and you can’t access after 9, which isn’t always convenient. Don’t put your stuff in this location!!!

Alley was great just wish things were operable elevators and doors were not all functioning little worried about insurance policies being mandated and being told prices are subject to change so one month it’s one rate and next month it can be another. Well here goes to life lessons w storage unit

Excellent customer service from Rylee! I rented a unit at the facility on W 1st St, but the location did not fit my needs. Rylee was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she was able to cancel that rental and set me up with a new one at the Cherry Laurel location in just a few minutes.

We've been here for a few months now. At first, one elevator rarely worked, and now both are down. We are unable to access our storage unit on the 2nd floor unless we are escorted, and of course, the escort can only happen if the offer person isn't busy and only while it's staffed. Always a fun adventure when we show up here. You never know what issues you'll come across. This place has been nothing but a headache.
Accidentally put in the wrong month when I signed up so we ended up canceling not long after to not waste more money but, place is super clean, accesible. They communicate everything with you from the very beginning to the end would definitely use this location is needed in the future.
This new facility is gorgeous and easy to get in an out. There is even an overhang at the entrance in case you have to unload in the rain.
Barbara was personable, knowledgeable, and made the rental extremely easy. I’m excited to rent here. Well done on this facility.
