They raised my rent by $50.00 within 6 months. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They practice horrible business ethics, and it's definitely not worth spending money with this company. Absolutely a horrible and corrupt company! Never again!

I caught a labor day special which gave me half off a unit great right? Wrong what they don't tell you is all the hidden fees and interest that well be applied if you are late. $120 dream turned into a $400 nightmare.

I am honestly appalled by how this company (location) is treating their worker(s)!!! I arrived and ended up being greeted by Torria. She was extremely polite and very friendly. I asked to see some smaller and bigger storage units. She took me outside and it was raining. She had a company jacket on with no hoodie and I asked her why she didn’t at least have one with a hoodie on it and she stated that she had to personally pay for one through the company and that she had other financial stuff going on. It was pouring rain and it’s extremely sad to see her out in the rain and not have any proper jacket for the rain. Especially with winter coming in soon! Along with her being soaked in the rain, she was pushing a cart (with no cover) as she was showing me the units and everything on the cart was being rained on as well. She had paperwork in her hand, on a clipboard and the paperwork was completely ruined and she had to go back to the small building they have her working in and reprint the paperwork. I had no issues with her at all. She made the experience better, but to see her in those working conditions is very saddening! Florida is known for its wacky weather and it rains all the time. The least the company could do is give her a jacket with a hoodie. I asked for her managers/GMs name and she said it was Joshua Shaffer. Not to bring hate towards Joshua but as a manager/GM, you should help provide better uniforms to your workers for the different weather conditions! You have no idea how much of a difference it makes for the people you hire to work for the company you (Joshua) represent! Aside from all of that, I asked about a bathroom and was told that the bathrooms were shut down and there was only an outside porta potty!!! I also asked why the main office building wasn’t being used and was told that the small unit outside was their office because the main building was being renovated… I also asked if there were any other workers and she stated that it was only her and her GM. This location and I’m sure others have a lot that needs to be taken care of and taking better care of your associates is VERY essential! You have a great associate (Torria) working for you and she is probably the biggest reason this place is doing as well as it is. What a shame….

Teresa at the Lake Mary FL location was great. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped with all my issues with moving out of a unit and renting a new unit.

This location is perfect for anyone using the Sanford airport and storing a vehicle. The Regional is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Joshua, I appreciate you. My flights get in late sometime and he is prompt at helping me with after hours service.

I had a great in person rental experience. April was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and got my rental completed quickly. She also helped me set up my account quickly and easily. Great person, excellent experience here.

Absolutely disgusting. My mother in law Rented a unit and was not able to see it before showing up with a uhual and 5 vehicles. There is mold on the ground and black mold on the wall and door seem. Literal holes in the wall. Management is not able to do anything tonight even though we contacted prior to 5 pm. We left the door open while we tried to contact them and you could smell the mold ten units down…. If you value your possession do not rent here.
