Ki is the best! She is there on site almost every day of the week and is a huge help! Always love when there is a familiar face on site instead of being referred to a call center like most Public Storage locations do. Ki makes this property unique and pleasant to rent from in the world of Storage facility's that just don't care!

This place ripped us off. We contacted them to make arrangements to store what salvageable belongings we had left after being flooded, losing nearly everything in our home from Hurricane Helene. We contacted them after we realized they booked us for the location north and didn’t have the size we needed at the south location. We were told that since we never even came on property to the unit they would refund us and we would see it 5-7 back to our bank account. That never happened. Calling a third time to find out why we still haven’t received our nearly $300 refunded they then told it was against their policy. I don’t care how nice this storage facility is or can withstand hurricane force winds, they are robbing people that just suffered a horrible tragedy, and in dire need of funds to get us by through these trying times.
KI was the best! She was so helpful and did her best to help during the hurricane craziness!

The gentleman in the office (Hayden) is overwhelmed. I got a unit and service was great until I paid and that’s not his fault. I went up to access my unit and make sure I could find and access it before I unloaded my vehicle. The unit was locked so I returned to the office.
Hayden apologized and asked if I was coming back later or unloading now because he had others who had since shown up to get a unit. I said I needed to unload so he told me he’d be up shortly to unlock the unit and I didn’t need to wait for him.
I proceeded back downstairs and unloaded my car. I have now been sitting in this hallway for half an hour with my stuff. He’s not answering the phone, nor is the corporate office answering.
The unit is still locked so I had to leave my belongings unattended (rather than load them back into my car) so that I could go back downstairs to Hayden.
He’s with another customer when I ask if he is able to unlock for me. The other customer answered for him “I’ll be quick” insinuating that I could wait.
Get this man some help or stop taking reservations. We just suffered a major hurricane and everyone is frantically trying to save whatever they can (which isn’t much). It would be nice if this poor guy wasn’t working here all alone so you could serve your customers.
Ki was so helpful, she showed me the unit sizes in person so I could make the right choice on the size I needed. Super friendly and welcoming!

I had an awesome experience renting here at this storage, new location, clean building and Ki was the best to work with, very friendly, great customer service. Ran into some issues, reached out to the district manager for a week, made calls, sent emails, her name is Christine Kolnick. Never answered my calls or emails after a week I reached out to support they put in a ticket and she calls 5 minutes later. You guys need to get rid of her. I will be contacting corporate about this issue as well. The owners at this location needs to get rid of her.

I recently moved to St. Petersburg and needed a storage unit. I had an amazing experience working with KI! She was customer / service oriented, patient, informative and flexible. I showed up about 10 minutes prior to closing. She took the time to get me set up, show me a couple of units, met my goal of the type of unit and floor I wanted. While service and friendliness are popular from my 34 years in Chicago, Ki exceeding my expectations. She also has an amazing sense of humor. THANK YOU Ki!! I am so grateful for the time you took!! I was trying to reserve this location online, however it would not allow me to purchase the size unit that I needed so I call the 800 number that was provided. (NIGHTMARE) for multiple reason and many excuses as to why I could not get the online discount even after I explained that online wouldn't allow me to make the reservation. I had to call the 800 twice because the first lady kept talking over me and would not let me to explain what I needed. It wasn't until I made a reservation that I DID NOT WANT, they gave me the direct number to the location. I called this location and by this time my frustration level was at 10 but Ki.... Ki was VERY CALM, POLITE and allowed me to explain my frustration. Ki went above and beyond the extra mile to help me to get the storage unit that I desired and needed. Moving within itself is STRESSFUL, so with that said I am forever grateful for Ki assistance during this process. :-) :-)

Today is a great day, I stopped in at Public Storage at 4351 34th St So St.Petersburg, FL 33711 to ask some questions about my unit and to look at a few other units. The young lady in the office, her name is Ki was very kind and professional. She showed me the units and answered all my questions. If you need space, I recommend the Public Storage at this location. It's farely new, it's clean and most important, it's safe and secure. When you come to visit, I recommend Ki. She'll take good care of you! 👍😊

This new Public Storage building is now open and the inside and outside look great. The building is set up over 12 feet to protect from any hurricane flooding and everything is new and spotless. The building is designed for winds in excess of 160mph as well. Diana is the manager and she is very outgoing and personable. I would highly recommend checking this out. Extremely nice!

I was excited that the place was new and close by, but unfortunately my experience was not what I had hoped for at this location. I did not feel welcome at all, apparently I interrupted Ms. Diana on her break , she did answer a few of my questions while Also reminding me at the same time she has 5 minutes left on her break she seemed very frustrated during our interaction, I would suggest going forward to put a (on break will return sign on the door ).
