I had the best experience with Miss Erin she went above and beyond for us as we came in she stood and said Hi it was late almost closing time and she still took us out to see the space and was very nice she took her time and was not in no rush we were able to rent and still had time to unload our truck before she left she drove back where we were to make sure we were okay I have to say that is some amazing customer service she was very clear on our bill cycle and went over everything with us Erin is very nice please go to public storage and see the staff thank you public storage for a great experience I will recommend public storage the property is very well lite and very clean

I signed up online for $40 per month and 1st month free. I got to this location and they completed the contract and handed me a bill for $140. I told them this was wrong and she said "they rejected your online deal"
THEY REJECTED MY ONLINE DEAL and tried to CHARGE ME TRIPLE RENT

Rent somewhere else. I’ve been given extra charges when I shouldn’t be. When I moved in, I was very clear not to set me up on autopay and they did it anyway. These are huge red flags.

I have been a customer at this facility since I want to say 2020 or 2021. I love the people here. Even though my unit is underneath my ex's name at the moment there is one individual there who has helped me regain access whenever I cannot get in the unit Susan has been a godsend anytime I need to get in the unit. I'm grateful she has the authority or privilege to give me access to a unit that I use even though this particular ex and I no longer are on speaking terms. I don't know what I would do without her.

I transferred to this property. Matt is a stud! The facility was super clean and close to 95 so easy to grab my trailer and hit the road with the family. Eren I think her name is is super nice too! I left and went to extra space and they increased by rent after 3 months by $100! I started at $70 and it went to $170 less than 60 days later. Public storage is the way to go. They are also super nice
By far the best storage I’ve ever had. The property was always clean and very well maintained. Having had storage with other companies in the past this is the most secure and definitely the safest. Can’t forget the staff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and was always ready to help if needed. I highly recommend this storage if you need storage.
Big bugs on floor in the building my son was leased in... in the 5x5 upper storage units...- the didn't have covered protection...had bird poop and feathers in upper unit...

Love the rates love the space love the location don't like the entry so much never have I been to the location when the gate the door and the elevator pads all worked. The app on the phone doesn't open those places you have to manually install your code and that is a real pain in the neck for this beautiful woman

I'll start by saying that no one really wants to store their stuff but when necessary, this location is as good as it gets. Susan patiently helped me complete my online reservation and not only answered every one of my questions, but got me out much quicker than I was planning on, zipping through the whole process quickly but efficiently, explaining everything I needed to know as we went. Also should mention how clean the actual storage areas are, and I noticed they have a number of the big platform carts at the entrance. Price was right too.

It’s a beautiful facility however it’s a pain in the butt to use . The one star review comes from the very nasty threatening emails text messages and phone calls that I receive from this place for being one day to never more than 2 week late on my payment. Life gets busy and I’m sorry that you ever have to wait for your money. But to call me, threatening to sell my belongings or email me telling me that I’ll have to pay even more money for not paying if you put another lock on my things so I cannot access them is really gangster like and criminal feeling. I was asked by management to take this review down and change it after they Helped get my account into good standing, however it never would’ve gotten into bad standing if these rates didn’t fluctuate more than the temperature in Florida. If I had to rate susan I’d give her 10/10 . However, company policies Don’t allow actual customer service . So my hands are also tied and my review will stay 1 star .

Terrible customer service. I tried coordinating my moving pods to get dropped off so I could transfer everything into storage and I kept getting different information from everyone I spoke to. The day before I was supposed to move everything, I called 5 times to confirm the time the pods were supposed to be dropped off and no one answered or returned my calls. The day of, I finally got a hold of someone and they told me my reservation has never been confirmed (which I did), they said i had 24 hours to get the pods out if there (1st person said 48 hours) and then they said having pods dropped off there needed to be approved by a manager (which no one mentioned the 1st time I called). The pods were already on the way their when I found all this out. Now I'm paying fees to have the pods brought elsewhere and I'm paying double to store the pods conoared to what it would cost to leave everything in a storage unit.
Labeasha was AMAZING! She opened my account instantly w/great pricing for my unit. She walked me through the facility w/assurance on security. She explained everything & was very pleasant. If u go to open ur account ask for this gem, u'll be very happy u did! Thanks girl! 😘 🤗

We were having difficulty signing up online so we decided to personally come in and ask for help. The gentleman that was at the help desk who is from Woodstock, Connecticut help us through the process and was able to make all the arrangements for us. There is no better way to do the process but by doing it in person. Although online is a convenience for some whenever the system fails to work in person service would still be the best option. This person went above and beyond to ensure we secure a storage. He should be commended for this as we have not have gotten further without his assistance. We had a long day with a lot of people who we talked through so I was not able to recall his name but what I know is that he work today. March 9,2023. Thank you so much!

Absolute disappointment. I walked in today to find all of my stuff covered in mold. First-floor climate-controlled storage is an absolute joke because the doors are always propped open. A/C and warm humid air create condensation. I've now paid thousands of dollars to store stuff that is now garbage. Thanks Public Storage.

Make sure to bring your own cart to haul your boxes. The entire complex only has 4 carts so trying to find one takes forever. The only positive is the place is clean and everyone seems to be really nice.
Place is nice but they only have 4 carts to unload your stuff with two buildings of units. It's a fight to get a cart everytime you come. All the money they make and won't buy more carts it's sad

They will jack your rates as soon as you get in! We understand a reasonable rate increase during these times but our rate went up $73 monthly, almost 50% after 5 months! When you call customer service they won't address any of your concerns. They tell you that a manager will be in touch in 24 hours. Then you get an automated message saying "your account is not eligible for a rate decrease." We would have been fine with a 10% increase to cover inflation costs but a $73 increase is not okay. Even though we still need storage for another 12 months, we are moving to another facility that guarantees prices for 6-12 months and only increases up to 10% with advanced notice.
Andres and Susan were very kind and worked with us while trying to get my first storage unit ! They were extremely helpful . If you need a storage place this is the place to gooo .

I had an amazing move in experience. My job transferred me last minute so I had to find a place to store my stuff last minute. I called and talked Matt and he was able to me help figure this whole thing because I have never rented a storage place before. Highly recommended.

There are a couple lovely and very helpful people in the office and one nasty curmudgeon whom I’ve had multiple adverse experiences with. The first time was when someone stole my reserved unit by putting a lock on it. The second was when I had a pod/box to move my stuff to my new home. He came at me all hot demanding to know why I parked the box in the wrong space. It had been placed exactly where a person from the office had shown the driver to place it. Even though pods/boxes are smaller than moving trucks, they only allow one at a time on the far end of the property. So that forced my moving helpers to walk 150 extra yards with fully loaded handcarts to load the box. The movers worked as fast as they could but that more than doubled the necessary time to unload the storage and load the box. And it was their own employee who had us park the box an extra thirty yards further! DO NOT STORE HERE IF COMING OR GOING YOU PLAN TO USE A POD/BOX. They triple the amount of work you’ll need to do.
Alex went above and beyond trying to help me find a better unit for my move. Really went out of his way to help. Thanks again! Public storage has a costumer for life with me. Andres was also very kind.

I visited recently to switch to a unit about half the size as one we'd been renting since late 2018. The man who helped me, Matt, was very helpful. I was able to rent a unit in the same building on the same floor only one row away AND I got to keep my original lock and keys. The experience was very smooth and my interaction with Matt was very positive.
Matt was courteous, professional, and personable. I had a great start to my first day renting a storage room.

I dealt with a woman named Erin. She is amazing; kind, helpful, and funny. She made the process of opening an account and getting a unit extremely easy. Two thumbs up like the Fonz and all the stars possible.
I had a issue and the staff was very helpful especially Alex I watched a "karen" come in complaining and he very quickly de-escalated the entire issue and she left happy. Alex has excellent customer service skills. But all the other staff was great very pleasant experience.
