Amazing facility! Everything is indoors, protected by an individual authorization code. It’s very clean & the entire facility has central air! David in the office is phenomenal and is super helpful & always goes the extra mile.

Bait and switch- they will get you in at a reasonable rate, then they will raise your rate by 150% after a few months. Don’t fall for it.

I have been storing here for less than a year and they have already raised the price by almost $30 a month. Slimy buisness practices.

I recently rented a 10x10 unit at the new Public Storage facility in Ponte Vedra Beach, and I'm extremely pleased with my experience. The facility is brand new, offering excellent space within a three-story building. The temperature is well-maintained, and the convenience of an elevator adds to the overall ease of access. They currently offer a fantastic deal of $1 for the first month, followed by a reasonable rate of $89 per month. The staff are very kind and provide great service, making this storage option truly worthy.

This place is the best! Very kind & helpful. Storage units are spotless-clean! If I need storage again, I’ll come back here

The customer service was impeccable and the building was brand new and super clean. The way you use an app to access the main door and elevator before your unit made me feel confident no one would steal anything from here.

Immaculate new climate controlled storage facility in Ponte Vedra Beach. Facility is open from before sun up to after sunset. I appreciate all the security features that include cameras, motion sensors,electronic access and onsite management. The staff members are all very courteous and diligent. Mike is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating sign-up, through move in, and beyond. Thanks Mike!

My name is Ross James Jensen I’ve had a storage area for almost a year and three months at public storage. I am writing this review to let people know that the Customer service that I have received through the employees and management at public storage has been outstanding. There was a time when I was going through financial difficulties and they worked things out with me and they were very patient with me. Also when I signed up for the storage area I dealt with a gentleman who is a manager named Coleman Coleman has been an asset to public storage, he also went as far as coming and checking on me a week after I got my storage area to make sure that everything was OK and if I needed anything and also brought me a couple of waters because I was there straightening out and getting my storage area in order in 100 degree day. . I would also like to bring to your attention the manager, Pat she is also one of my favorites, and a very nice woman. I would like to say that both Coleman And Pat have treated me very kindly, and they are an asset to the public storage staff. I know that beyond a doubt if I have any problems where they both are who the contact and my problems will be solved immediately. I’d like to thank them both again for the kindness.

I reserved my unit over the internet and Mike called me within 5 minutes to discuss my move in. My belongings were coming in a PODS and Mike worked with me to arrange the drop-off. When I delayed my arrival he was very kind and pleasant. He had them drop the PODD close to a door to make it easy on us. Mike has been a pleasure to work with and I am very pleased with the building and safety at the building.

We just rented a unit here and the process has been smooth and easy. The facility is brand new, so it's really nice and clean. It's easy to access. Mike has been a pleasure to work with. He is always so nice and helpful!!

Beware! Do not store your items here if you care about them. Over the course of 3 months of storage many of the items in our unit molded. Of course we got a climate controlled unit specially to avoid this. Everything had to be removed from the unit and cleaned, some items were not salvageable. Wood furniture, clothing and mattresses all among the permanently damaged items. Public storage would do nothing to rectify the situation after thousands of dollars of loss and multiple phone calls. Smells moldy and dank from the minute you walk in the place, I should have known better. They keep the temps/humidity levels too high and are not taking care of their customers. Willful negligence.

We rented a storage unit here about 2 weeks ago, basically as soon as we realized it had opened. We got set up with Mike, he got us the best deal and was just fantastic to work with! He took us on tour before we committed to a specific sized unit which we were VERY glad he did because it turned out what we had come in for was bigger than what we actually needed so that saved us $50+ a month. The facility is brand new, everything is in tip top shape and feels very well monitored and secure. And we recently got a call from Mike following up to make sure everything was meeting our expectations, incredible customer service!

Brand spanking new facility. Great prices. Great location. The manager there is just great--I've known Mike for years as the manager at the old property (where I also rent). Its on A1A right off JTB about a mile from the beach and near Target and mall...plenty of room at the moment
