Follow up to my daughter, Erica Wheeler's review: They have been waiting for months for the door to their unit that they rent from Public Storage to be fixed. They communicated to the management on site that the door needs a new bracket, and they were told that parts have been ordered and are awaiting arrival. The vendor was on site today, and he doesn't have the part their door needs because they did not listen, and they also never inspected the door to verify they were ordering the correct part. My daughter's husband has to use a pair of pliers to push parts back in around the spring mechanism every time they open the door to their unit because of the condition of the bracket in order to get the door to close back. They have had to roll under at times to access stuff they need. Public Storage has been horrible to try to communicate with, and we are looking at other storage facility options for their ongoing storage needs.

Public Storage recently acquired this location from Cubesmart. We rent a large unit there, and the one of the door's brackets has been needing replacement ever since we started renting from Cubesmart. Cubesmart sent a garage door company out multiple times to "fix" the issue, but they didn't replace the bracket, they just did a quick "band-aid" type fix. Well, as soon as Possible public Storage purchased the location, we started having issues with the door again. We reached out to Public Storage, and they stated that they would submit a ticket, and we could move units if we wanted to... A 25' deep unit! I asked if they were going to help move all of our stuff... Nope, of course not, that would be crazy of them! After about a week after I asked about the door again, I went in to the office. They told me the manager to approve requests like that has been on vacation, but he was back and I should hear something by the end of the week. Well, that was last Friday... And crickets. We've even reached out to the garage door company that Cubesmart had used, but Public Storage has "their own process" and won't let that company come back to replace the bracket. My husband has been using a pair of pliers on the door in order for it to fully open and close. We've had to roll under the door at times because I would only open about 2' from the floor. We are in and out of our unit a lot due to a business we operate, and I just can't believe this is how Public Storage thinks a business should be run. Fix our door already!

After giving this company a very low review, I was impressed that a regional manager called me personally to ask what had occured. I believe their communications may have gone to spam or the like. Very impressive to receive a call and have a corporate manager here my concerns. Thank you!

Great service

Was in Panama City Beach for 10 days went down for Jeep Jam . We drove our wrangler down and needed a place to store our top and doors to enjoy the Florida sun so we used CubeSmart for our storage . They were great and the price was great , check out was easy. Will definitely use them again next year!
