No one answers or calls back. Will be finding another place to keep my things.
They have the ethics of thieves. Even when you do everything right with email proof of move out dates, they'll make a "mistake" and close your account a day late to incur another full month's payment and start sending warnings about your account going to collections. Then they say, "Only the district manager can resolve this," but will not give any information about reaching that person by phone or email. You can beat their non-promotional prices at many other storage places, especially for parking spaces like RVs and trailers. Don't fall for their gimmicks to get you in the door. You'll regret it greatly on the way out.
New company took over. nearly doubled the price, and haven't bothered to fix the gate. We are leaving and going to another new storage facility, getting a larger unit for half the price half a mile down the street. Also the air conditioned unit smelled like rat urine and feces for months as soon as we walked through the main door. When my wife complained nothing happened.
New owners have the worst customer service response.. it took 5 days to get someone on site to call back about the rental rate increase... moving out ASAP
I guess public storage recently acquired this facility, since they have it has gone down hill. The rats are horrible, have been using this facility for almost a year and a half and never had an issue with extra space storage, now everything in my unit is covered in rat urine and feces.
I have had a storage unit here for over 6 months, they were recently bought out and now charging almost double the rate. Outrageous! You can find a better price at other locations.
best value in the area for storage. It's a secure, private facility and the staff provide excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

Good little facility except they keep raising their rates out of the blue I feel if you sign up to use the facility like any rental place like an apartment if you sign a contract that's for a year then it should leave you alone for the year and not 3 or 4 months later telling you they're raising their rates Just because you raising everybody else's who just recently signed up I came in and I have a contract for a year so I should not be jacked up on the price that's because the fair market value at this time is something else it's not fair to those who are using it
