Rushed to get to Public Storage at Old Winter Garden Road on a Friday afternoon before the office closed. I got there right after the office door was locked but Tara graciously opened the door and assisted me with the most easy. She was so polite and nice, which was most needed after the chaos of trying to get here. She was patient and answered my questions and was very helpful.
If you have a small business this is the best place to rent! Tara and Missy who work at the property are amazing. Every storage place has its downsides but anytime I’ve ever had an issue Tara and Missy were there to resolve it quickly.
During the hurricane they made sure to bring sandbags and other emergency items to help protect my space. I love how they go above and beyond just to make sure I’m taken care of.
Long story short. The property is safe and reliable. The staff is amazing. The prices are fair. If you’re on the fence about renting here…. You won’t regret it!

Nice place, staff is awesome and access is secure. But we went yesterday to pick up our generator at 6pm and they put a chain in the gate. Access should not be denied at least while power is on. None of our other storage units with other companies had access denied.
Well this place is awesome, very clean and organized. The manager Tara was great… very knowledgeable about their property and made sure I had a unit that was the right one for me. It is a breath of fresh air to have great customer services nowadays. I would like to give a shout out to the lady at the colonial location. Even though she didn’t have the right unit for me, the point me out to the right one… you have people that care abou your customers

Rented a parking spot for my 5th wheel last minute because my prior storage lot was sold. Avoid this place. Not maintained well. Spots are very tight. Access is impossible for long vehicles. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Princess was awesome yesterday. We got an alarm from our boat. Usually this only happens if someone is actually ON the boat. Been parked there for over a year, never got an alarm notification. We were very concerned. I called the office, Princess went out and checked out boat and texted me a Pic of it. All good. I guess the storm was just that nasty that day. Princess relieved our concerns. Can't thank her enough.
Update to their 'pat themselves on the back response': Pat Tara on the back, the company doesn't deserve it. NO. Public Storage is not happy to help, AT ALL. I went through costumer service and live chat, as forced by the virtual system. Zero help there. I couldnt even get a human on the phone, unless I called from a number not on my account. They were useless. I was already planning new storage options. The company is all virtual based, unless selling. Only Tara saved the situation and solved our problem. Public Storage, as a company, was useless and a terrible experience. Tara was incredibly helpful and completely turned around our experience. We had some issues with neighboring storage spaces and were very frustrated with the company as a whole. We decided we were going to have to go into the office to deal with the situation.Tara completely understood the problem we were facing, immediately rectified it, and even got us into a much more convenient space. Excellent service from Tara.

The worst storage ever. They have no support to help owners units. My trailer was stolen twice in a year and they didn't nothing to get the unit safe. Office open after 10am and the person doesn't help as well. You should never get this storage if you want your things safe.

I come here probably 10-15x a month minimum and every time i come here, Ms. Tara always welcomes me. Always asks if i need any help or anything. She’s great and makes my day at storage
I have been at this facility for nearly a year renting a parking space for my equipment. On 5/17 I was abruptly told I need to move my equipment off the property immediately or else I would towed. The issue was no cause of my own and the facility apparently is under some type of code violation. My biggest issue is not that I had to move my equipment although a grace period for a move out date would have been nice it's the fact I paid my rent fees and my money is not being refunded to me. I had nothing to do with Public Storage not maintaining proper certificates and as the customer I'm being penalized as I paid them for the month and had to go pay another facility storage fees to store my equipment. I am a local small business and if I could not provide services to my customers I would refund their money immediately as that is proper business etiquette and integrity. If you are looking to store equipment with Public Storage i would advise to seek another resource.

Let me start by saying Customer service is everything! I don’t mind driving to another company or store in a different area for better customer service!!!!! Rosemary and the other lady that work there are awesome and very helpful. When they was doing renovations on the property. I wasn’t able to move my vehicle that was in storage, soThey hire a tow truck to carefully move my vehicle and park it somewhere at no cost from me. I appreciate that so much. They didn’t have to do that. Employees and Managers like that would help make a company successful and help retaining customers.
Tara is an amazing employee my review is based 💯 on her. The closest public storage to me went all AI kioske and I hate that. Loved talking to a real person and she was so great !! She is outstanding.

I came in overwhelmed at the very last min on moving , and was very disappointed at my leasing office of such short notice. Until I came into this public storage location and was assisted by an employee princess sanders whom was very patient, showed great willingness to help and assist me even took a step of her great wisdom and gave me a word of encouragement to help enlighten my day . She was very courteous, happy with suck kindness and awesome customer service . I’d recommend that location and her specificity to anyone I know she really rocks !!! I have a unit on the 3rd floor and the elevator's have been broken for weeks now and the management doesn't seem to care I'm trying to get my stuff out of there but the stairs are a problem
It is now March and this location had one elevator broken since December. Their second elevator broke about a month ago. Neither has been fixed and I have no way to get items into or out of my storage unit on the second floor. However, they had the audacity to send a notice out today that my rental rate is increasing next month. The property management can’t get anything done. Everything seems to break there (elevators, gates, carts…) and it is a relatively new place. Horrible.
I recommend this storage facility; staff is friendly and helpful!!!

A friend had his RV stolen from inside of the storage, nobody help him. The management never called to apologize or something else. Please TAKE CARE or stay away.
My RV was stolen inside of the storage and nobody cares, now I requested a History of access due the Insurance company process and I didn’t receive nothing.

I’ve been there for about a year parking my semi tractor and had 24hr access as I come and go sometimes at night. Now public storage took over and didn’t notify me that they’re now 6am to 9pm only. This is so inconvenient, I have to look for another place now.

I had to make a big move from South Florida to Central. And I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Rosemary she is an absolute gem and is very kind and informative. She allowed me to view the 2 units I wanted to see, and even went above and beyond to provide me with a corner unit. The building is very clean and quite could not be happier with the experience and ease. Just know if you have the pleasure to conduct business with Rosemary that you are in great hands.
I’ve been waiting for 4 days to get a new latch on my unit so it will lock and keep my possessions from being stolen. I’ve contacted the property manager 3 times and she keeps saying I will email my boss. I will be blocking the entrance gate today starting at 4pm with a truck and trailer if this is not resolved. There is no reason for my property to be safe after I paid $531 on August 1st.

spaces are tiny, and the site manager lady is rude as heck. By the way, they (management) will QUICKLY absolve themselves with ANY of responsibility if your equipment is vandalized or damaged in anyway by the other people storing there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
This place is absolutely horrible. The spaces for rent are not large enough for boats or RVs. I parked my boat in their spot and the entire side of it got scratched by the truck next to it because the spaces are just not large enough. Don’t leave your boats or rvs at this storage arena if you value them. Look at the chain in the pictures below and you will see how close the truck has park next to my boat. There is just no space. The rearview mirror is actually over my space scratching my boat. Once again don’t park your valuable boats or RVs at this place they will get damaged
I had to wait a little bit but my RV is finally where it belongs, All Aboard Storage in Old Winter Garden Rd about one mile from my house. This place is awesome, is big, in a great location and well secured. The management? What can I say about Jenavy Laboy? Well I can't remember the last time I meet someone so professional, so dedicated and so courteous, she is the type of person that you definitely want to work with. I am glad my RV is there and I can tell you it will be there for many years to come.

The allaboard storage is conveniently located off oldwinter garden rd jus before goodholmes where u can take the 408 east or west. Big spacious lot spots and the round about makes movin trailors and boats easy and accessible! The manager Jenavy was wonderful she help with gettin the account setbup had a smile on her face and pointed me in the direction of my bay and ask if i needed assistance! Like she could drive this rig! But the attitude was stupendous! Only wish they had or offered a covered port or bay that i could easily drive under but all in all great experience totally would come again and recommend a friend !
