The process of obtaining storage was seamless. I had a full day of moving storage and while 4:45PM was the deadline for access to storage, the front desk was caring enough to let me finish at 5:00PM and also escape water damage from the rain that started a few minutes later. The place is secure and I'm happy things worked out.

I personally do not have much negative criticism to say about this Public Storage, but the only issue I have is with the staff locking the bathroom door while they are still technically open. We pay for the storage units and the amenities so it is only right that they keep it open until closing time which is 9pm. Believe it or not, but people do get the urge to use the restroom while loading or unloading their storage. Please and thank you.
The customer service here was superb. Our mother had a storage space here. She passed away recently. At first, the storage was locked ๐. Your rep Missy was a diamond ๐ ๐. She was able to help us have access to the storage. We were pressed for time because we came from out of town. Missy was very compassionate and was willing to help. She needs a raise. You all hired a great woman who has a great heart โค. A gift ๐ to humanity.

Public storage used to be easy storage are used to be with easy storage until Publix took over, raise the rate shorten the hours and are trying to execute some plans to get your information before they even tell you right Bobby was very useless in helping me I’ve been to three different storage locations this morning and he was very unhelpful. He’s telling me that the only way he can help me is if he gets my personal information you’re not getting it Bobby you can’t even tell me a rate why would I give you my information if I’m not gonna agree with what you have available for me your CFO or CEO should come and change these ideologies of public storage.

The young employee JB was very helpful and patient with me when deciding what storage unit I needed. He even walked back and forth with me several times to view different unit sizes. The manager was very helpful as well. She didn’t give her name because wanted all the praises to go to JB and I really respect that. Thanks a lot would recommend 10/10
