Leo was really great and helped me so much, I had accidentally gotten the wrong unit due to someone else at a different location but he helped me out so much and made the transition for me so seamlessly, all I had to do was pay the difference. The storage unit are new and they look really good and are very spacious. Leo was very polite and guided me to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was so I wouldn't get lost and answered all my questions as well. If you are looking not only for a storage unit but also helpful staff then this is the place and ask for Leo.

I had an exceptional experience at Public Storage at 250 N Goldenroad road thanks to Karla. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist goes above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Karla greeted me with a smile and professionally and efficiently walked me through the entire process. Her knowledge about storage options and personalized advice made me feel confident in my choice. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage service and a friendly, competent staff. Great job, Karla!
They have been exorbitantly increasing the price of my storage unit multiple times in a year since I began renting it. I secured a move out date on the 11th, but they're charging for the full month. The money obviously isn't going towards maintaining, cleaning, or securing the facility. The security gate is broken, no one came to check when I had a lock smith cut my lock open with an angle grinder, and the broken lock and debris are still there. I left them to see if there would be any communication with me regarding the obviously cut lock -and there hasn't been, nor has anyone cleaned it up.
They are money grabbers who don't use any of their increasingly pricey fees to benefit their clients or, apparently, protect their clients' belongings because as it stands, anyone can currently walk in with an angle grinder and get into any storage unit they please, and Public Storage wouldn't bat an eye or reach out to the storage unit owner to make sure they are the ones who accessed the unit.
You're better off not bothering to pay for your last month rather than legitimately canceling because they'll just charge you for the entire month anyway. When I asked if they had a locksmith they utilized to help customers they told me they don't/won't break any of the locks until the end of the month.
Make sure that if your rent goes up, you call and ask to lower it because maybe then they'll throw you a bone. They certainly won't credit you after they take your money, though, even if they don't provide the services or security you're paying for. In typical corporate fashion, they'll hold you to your agreement, but they won't uphold their end of the bargain.

The place is dark. All of the lightbulbs are burned.
The front gate has not been fixed for over a month, inside the storage it is very dark because most of the light bulbs are burned. How is it possible for that to happen. What sort of administration allows this. But if you are late to your payments, they will charge you. I have rented in many places but this is the worst of them all. I do not recommend renting from here.

Not sure what is happening here. My husband and I have a climate controlled storage and today when we passed by the place was steaming hot! The gate been broken and seems as though it well not be getting fixed anytime soon! Since we thought we didn't need to stop by often we didn't but now I see I am paying for climate control and it clearly is not working! Guess I need to contact higher ups or take my business else where. This place seems to be breaking down and no one cares!

Angel is such a pleasure! I think his name alone says what type of job he does. I was transferred over to him from another facility since this is where I actually had the account. He found my account and set me up to seamlessly finish my rental completely online. I was afraid the movers would be too late to make it to the office before it closed but wanted to be assured I had a unit for them to store my items. I had my own lock and he refunded the fees that were automatically tacked on with online purchase. I like when things aren't complicated, especially when you have all the other stressors of moving. Angel helped ease a ton of that stress. Hopefully things continue to go smooth and I'll have a new space for my items quickly. Until that time, thanks Public Storage!

Disgusting property GATE IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN MANAGEMENT IS AND LAZY AND WILL WATCH YOU FROM THE OFFICE DESK WITH THE DOOR LOCKED AND TELL TOU TO WAIT an hour because she is ON LUNCH🤢 they don’t do anything to maintain the property I pay for air conditioned unit that AC HAS BEEN BROKEN OVER 18months they are thieves and do not even offer the bare minimum of service. It’s a disgrace and I am seeking legal assistance to sue for every penny I have paid …. Complete disregard and a breach of contract.

I moved from Tennessee and left my stuff in a little storage number 428 . And for some reason a rat was inside and caused damage in my 900 mattress, 43 inches TV, clothes, two boxes and a lot of s...t in my stuff. And nobody responded for this. I got pictures too honestly you have to pay me . 800 dollars for my mattress and 150 for the box destroyed by rats. But nobody respond for this. And you are trying to charge 250 for destroy my stuff??? Yeah sure

I recently stopped by with a friend and she was being helped by an employee named Karla. Karla gave her or us the best customer service I have seen by far in any store around there, and I must thank you for hiring her.

I was recently Visiting helping a friend. We was unsure where to go we came here and the service was outstanding. Karla showed us excellent customer service. She answered every question and assured us about our concerns. She even recommended the perfect size unit . Needless to say this is the best place for your storage needs and Karla is the best person to talk to!
