First time renting a storage unit and this experience makes me not ever wanted to do this again. Rented a climate control unit over the phone located on the second floor and was told there is an elevator to access my unit which was inoperable. But I must commend the support team, I call and they were super awesome. They apologize, thoroughly explain the situation with the elevator offered me a discount and even do follow-up calls to make sure that my moving was safe and my items were secured, and in addition offered to help with my move out when I decided to do so and even an extra discount, which was super amazing.
Elham is very friendy, and I had great pleasure working with her to get things.

This place never answer the phone. They changed my storage price. They refused to change my due date after begged them to change it, so i won't have late fees. They changed the prices of my unit without my agreement. They charge my extra for late fees and insurance. $200 a month for a storage is insane after a late fee. That is too much money for a storage. They try to get over on a loyal good customer, and get extra money any way they can. I'm not satisfied with this storage place. This is terrible.👎

OMG this place is the worst. Locks on main doors so you can not access your unit after personal go home. And the units are disgusting I’m going back today to pickup my stuff and loose all my money. They are THE WORST!!!

The are a rip off to people who really needs the storage space. I had the storage for one year. Had open heart surgery. Paid in full each month. Once released from the hospital. Went to my storage unit on July 29, emptied my unit and moved to Ga. 2 weeks later got an email saying I owed for the month of August. They stated I did not empty my until August. I swear if the cameras worked they would have seen my car with my brother's truck pull thru the main gate. They are full of it.

I help run a 5 star moving company and Mrs. Sarah in the front office was very helpful with our experience and very comforting. The client that I moved from Atlanta to the storage really didn’t understand their procedures but Sarah was very helpful.
In the service business, employees are THE key to success. Tracy is an example of an employee who builds a business's good reputation. A good reputation means more money for that business.
I needed an indoor/temperature controlled unit for my 94 year old mother's furniture to get her home ready for sale. Somehow there was a computer glitch in transferring my current outdoor unit to an indoor space. Tracy solved the problem. AMAZING.....
As you know, PS office staff work alone answering phones, going to storage units w/ customers for x,y,z reason AND set up new accounts. It is not an easy job having to actually be in several places at once. With all that responsibility, Tracy worked out the glitch & kept me posted on progress over the course of about four hours.
You just don't see that type of follow-through in front desk/public facing employees these days. It is easier to not take that extra step needed for outstanding customer service. Tracy took that extra step while juggling other customers. Job very well done.

After reading all these wonderful reviews I was certain that 6770 Silver star public storage was the place to get a satisfactory and professional services, boy was I in for a surprise. I made a reservation 1 week in advance just to view the space got a reminder via email an a confirmation call the day before. When I turn up on 6/18 @ about 11:30 the door was lock we bang the door, we knock on the door nobody came, after a while standing in that sun we decided to leave, while pulling out we saw a car indicated to go in, the units parking lot we then decided to turn into the next parking lot which was a school nearby to see if that was a worker, sure enough it was, having to make a U turn to go back to the unit, that's what we did. Pulled up, parked went to the door it was still close, we knock again we bang because we just saw her went in and hopingto get her attention if she's is in the back. Not getting any response we call the phone she answered, after explaining that we are outside her immediate response was. "I saw you guys at the door, you're late and now I am on break but you can complete your rental online." It's was clear at that time that we will not be receiving the same experience people spoke highly of in the reviews. So I will not be using their service, no thank you.

Judy needs to be trained on customer service skills and how to interact with people. A customer paying or not is entitled to ask questions without condescending responses. It is your job to answer the questions. The items would move today if I could, simply because of her rude and combative responses to my inquiries. I told her she was being very combative for no reason. Customer service is #1 in any business. Today, you failed. If given the opportunity, I will not use this facility ever again simply because of the lack customer service, care and concern of Judy.
