Good customer service, but no bathroom for use other than in the office during regular hours. If you pay for after hours usage, you're out of luck

Please before signing the contract read the small letters carefully one month they charge you an amount and the next month they want to charge you another amount. It will be legal to be changing costs without prior notice. Any lawyer who can answer this? And why ?

Clean , gated, secure, temp control

The lady that checked me in was super friendly and was great to deal with. I work directly across the street as a long haul trucker so I picked this facility for location reasons. So far so good!!! The keypad to access the property only wants to work on the 3rd try. Could be due to me being a new renter and it was not recognizing my code or something. Not sure but after a couple of try’s it let me in. ***Update*** Now that I don’t need the storage space anymore I am moving out. As I was packing my things Sandra came out of the office and we talked. We went into the office and she looked up my account and took care of everything on her side. The transition went smoothly and since I notified them early enough they arranged a pro rated refund for me and I received some money back to my debit card, which is fabulous and will help with the journey to my next destination. The entire staff at the 2020 SW 57th Ave. Ocala, Florida location has been super friendly and helpful. They were always polite and treated me as if they’ve known me forever. Should I need storage in the future I will definitely use Extra Space Storage facilities. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!! :)

Lying and scammers. Tell you one thing to get you signed up and take your money but when it came to it just rude customer service and pointing fingers. Worse customer service and it was not Sandra but the other women who should take some serious classes and courses in customer service. Sandra said one thing and she says opposite. So some training would be helpful for your customers. Plenty of storage unit facilities around definitely never using Extra space again.

Very happy with the level of professionalism, dedication and respect I’ve received from the young ladies at Extra Space Storage. Everytime I’ve had a question or concern Ms. Danesha addressed it in a timely manner. I’ve used two other storage facilities in the past but this place is the absolute best because of the cleanliness of the facility and the outstanding customer service !!!

Denisha was kind and was able to help me with getting my rate back to what I could afford after receiving a rate increase notice in the mail! Thank you again Denisha!!
