Lamar is the absolute best! He helped me out when no one else would and when he wasn't even the one responsible to. Of course after numerous calls and not getting to speak to a live person, or that live person talking over you, dropping the call or transfering you to the wrong department I was absolutley fed up. There's nothing worse than going through the struggle and stress of moving and having to depend on storage facility only to have that same facility treat you like dirt. Knowing that they can because you are at their mercy. Fortunately I was blessed to be transfered to Lamar's voicemail. The one individual in this company that seems to have morals, decency and an actualy work ethic. He not only called me back within minutes but he allowed me to vent. He advised he would forward my issue the district manager which I was not very confident in. In less than an hour Lamar called me back to tell me my issue was resolved. Lamar went above and beyond when no one else would even do the basics. And for that I am eternally grateful.

I have had a unit here for a while now and saw the place get bad with leaves, bugs, and trash but lately the guy Ive seen here is really putting in the work cleaning this place up. GOOD JOB!!!

It’s 9:00 PM and the facility is closed. Call customer service and the say the hours of operation are 6AM to 9:00PM but the sign and Google says is open in to 10:00. I have to extend truck rental because of the incompetence staff they have. I will look for an established serious company around Ocala, FL.

What a scam. They get you in the door for a decent rate. 5 months go by and the raise it 30%. What a joke. Do not waste your time or money with this untrustworthy company.

No Manager on site gave me a unit that was out for auction I almost moved into after moving the stuff that was in it out then transferred me to a new unit gate code has not worked constant get the run around find somewhere else to store your stuff.
