I have rented a storage unit from Public Storage for about a year now and have always found the people helpful. Shimone was the representative who helped me this last time. I had an issue trying to complete another reservation and she was able to make it happen. If she hadn’t, there is a strong possibility I would have gone elsewhere. The units are always clean and I appreciate the climate controlled units.
This is the first time I've ever used a storage facility, and I'm glad I chose Public Storage. I signed up online, which was easy, although I was nervous with all the documentation. However, once signed up, the process was handled perfectly. I gained access using the app, and my storage space, which I located easily thanks to the map and signage at the facility, was ready with a lock waiting inside. I'm very pleased with my experience with Public Storage!

Getting in touch with you people is hopeless. All I wanted to do was change my RV storage pitch to another location. You would think that would be simple right? NO. Now my Auto Pay has been disabled when I did not make that instruction, I am being charged for 2 locations when I only want one and I have a late charge fee on top of that. Useless!!!!!!

The most disgusting customer service there is no one to talk to. For two weeks I have been asking to be moved to another parking lot. Even this morning I was there and there was a guy in the office, I talked to him and explained to him that I can't park a Beagle there, that it's not an addict parking lot. It's sand. I told them for two weeks that I was afraid of getting stuck in the sand where I talked to maybe 30 people on the phone one by one to no avail. Until today I was stuck and stuck for 4 hours I called them no one wanted to help me. I brought a tow truck and it cost me $400. Please do your property a favor. Do not go there and do not rent anything
Gate code didn't work 1st day of reservation. C.S. coulnt get gate to open. Management didn't respond. Told me it could take 3 days. Won't refund the admin fee of $29. I have to wait to see about refund for the the lock/taxes and whatever else I paid. That could take 2 days. Terrible. And can't transfer locations.

Veronica is very helpful. The grounds are clean. It's a newer facility and they're still working out the kinks. This place is a good selection if you'd like an air controlled unit or storing a vehicle. It's well lit. I do wish they included a dolly for use especially for the units deep inside. Bring with you a Dolly, and a door stopper to hold the door while you carry things through the halls. The first door can stay open but the second one does not. It's un fortunate the prices have sky rocketed all over the state. I'm thinking about just giving stuff away because I can't afford to store them at these prices for very long.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and facility! This is a great new location, with a wide variety of units to choose from for all your needs.
