Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 7256 SW 62nd Ave, Ocala, FL

Horrible horrible horrible! Avoid them at all cost! I have been a client for years and got robbed at this. Don’t get me started on trying to get in contact with any property manager because there’s no one on site. According to them if you miss one payment they will take a picture of your stuff to prepare it for auction and drill a hole into your lock. For months I have been trying to get in contact with someone and the police and finally got someone months later. Saw the property Manager Alecia and she’s horrible. She has no care in the world and talks to you as if you’re stupid. She basically said something along the line of “you’re acting as if you pay for security here.” Mind you the front gate is security, the cameras are security, the locks on our storage is security. How dumb can you be to sit here and say something like that? Security may not show up on our invoice but we sure do pay for security. Avoid this place at all cost. They over charge you and don’t care if you get robbed. Karma will bite them!

I have used Public Storage in the past and currently have 2 units with them. I absolutely love them. Everyone I have spoken with have all been so helpful and kind, whether over the phone or in person. I feel safe accessing my unit, day or night.

I've had a rental unit at this location for over five years now. I am in and out of here on a regular basis and don't typically run into any employees. The one person I do run into is Randy (RT2). He's always been very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I've had and keeps the property clean and in running order!

Had the best service from RT2 highly recommend him to anybody with questions concerns or even a problem He is there to help and make sure that you are a happy camper Thanks again RT2 Have a super Day!!!!

Everything was very simple to do online surprisingly and very fast to get moved in after payment ‼️ I love being able to open gate using the app. My favorite, I can hardly ever remember codes.😊

My wife and I rented a storage unit in Ocala on 10/23, we had the pleasure of working with Trina Rene while processing our rental agreement. Trina treated us with respect and was able to complete the process quickly and efficiently. Public Storage is fortunate to have Trina as an employee dealing with customers.

Alicia was great at helping get a situation fixed. She bent over backwards and did everything she could to get it fixed. This rating is for her and I believe her name is Ebony that also handles the local area. Public Storage, the company, on the other hand is set up to rob you blind when it comes to your storage needs.

Very impressed by fact the entire storage unit selection and rental can be fully done online, no office visit required. The App also allows opening the gate and entrance door to the storage units’ buildings, right from my phone.

I recently required assistance cutting a lock and accessing my property on short notice as I was only in town briefly and had lost my key. Yanique Duff-Ballard helped me expedite my request and make it happen. She followed up with me several times and really impressed me. She is an excellent employee in my opinion and represents your company well. Thank you Yanique!!!

As we were parking our Rv the janitor (John hooky) guy pulled up on a golf cart and asked was the Rv ours (we’re black) when we told him yes he the asked me to put my 7k dog in a hot car because he was afraid. We told him no because dogs die in hot cars. We were in a parking lot with no one with the dog on a leash while we unpacked our Rv. He claims he wanted to tell us to take a picture of our Rv which sounds ridiculous because we are the one who pay insurance and know what to do if something happens to it. He was simply harassing us and assumed black ppl couldn’t have big trucks, dogs, and rvs. He needs to worry about his job description.

It was a good safe place to store my furniture until I could get into my house. Clean, and well lit at night.

You got to watch these public storage people they are just over friendly. They did everything perfectly. Something has to be up or they really robots. Robots with great personality. Thank you for all your help

Josie, Sarah, Manny are awesome and we had to renew our contract and even though the actual location they're from is Orlando they went ahead and helped us out. It's nice to meet awesome people.

Somewhat difficult at getting your key and trying to get into the place there is nobody there to help you
