I got to the property and was having trouble using the kiosk. Bethany Duncan was making her rounds and stopped to help me. She was so courteous and so sweet. AWESOME customer service.
I have a unit there.
After my initial post from 3 days ago, I received a phone call from the company located in Santa Rosa, CA. The lady I had spoken to ( sorry, I did not catch her name) was really nice, understanding, and apologetic regarding the gate issue. She promised to look into the gate's timer for this facility as I mentioned that the gate was open for the entire 1.5 hrs we were working on our camper. Your phone call meant a lot and was really appreciated. Thank you 😊
We are absolutely dissatisfied since Public Storage took over from Neighborhood Storage. The so called secured gate is to 98 % wide open for everyone to drive in as pleased. We have contacted the company many times, trying to talk to the District Manager regarding this issue with No satisfying results or any kind of feedback. We already had a camper stolen from this facility.
It's very clean parking I'm always cleaning everything's very nice when you're rent there you're very friendly that's a nice place to rent from
I have had my storage unit for about 8 years. I have not had a problem or issue. I do not worry about security at this location !

I was in a emergency situation. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. Even through my high stress and tons of others in my life making everything hard. Honestly they were the most helpful and understanding and patient.
