She even helped me to fix my phone ringer so my family could reach me. She's the most helpful employee I've ever meet and I would recommend Public Storage to my friends and family.

Great that it is easy to sign up, but then it is imposdible to talk to anypne at all. Automated phone menu kicks you if you ask to speak to a person. Chat feature does not get a person. I cant wait to get out of this unit and awsy from this company! Save yoursekf a headache and go elsewhere! Please.
I got a flat tire near Public Storage and Manny helped me by changing the tire! Public Storage clearly hires stand up people and I appreciate Manny’s help. I would recommend Public Storage.

I have a “climate controlled” unit that has not be cool since MAY and no one has called me back about a refund but they are RAISING my rent next month. I have called Ashley left a voicemail and no phone call back and the corporate line told me the regional would be calling me about a refund and I have heard nothing. Would not recommend to anyone
This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, never had problems when it was neighborhood storage for over 10 years! I received an email that I got approved for a rent decrease, that I owed $0 for the current month and then my usual rate for the next. They ran our CC for auto pay for the full amount and said disregard that email it was a glitch. I told them I would not eat that cost because they had a glitch in their system because I can move down the road for a third of the price I'm paying. I was then forwarded to corporate and they hung up on me.
This is ridiculous how they're treating long term customers. We've been renting 4 units from public storage, 2 from this location for over 10+ years and we're paying a rate almost double what they're offering new customers and when asked about it they offered no solution other than an explination of "the market driving up the price." The units are nice, clean and upkept well for that they get two stars, but I would take your business elsewhere unless you're renting short term.
Today I witnessed one of the worst customer service I have ever had in the Ocala area. Mrs. Sandra was a very rude and very unethical person. I never had any kind of problem with any of the previous employees. Please hire people who are aware of how to treat customers correctly.

Megan went above and beyond to make sure that I understood exactly what was needed. She very patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained the dates and amounts due. You can tell that she has genuine heart for customer service and cares about the people that she serves. Beautiful experience, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was an interesting experience. Filled out all the paperwork, had to fill it out again, but all of the folks that helped were absolutely amazing. Took a while to solve all the interesting problems that cropped up. but I got my unit. And I'll say it again not only where the people helpful, they were amazing. Good place to keep stuff.
Clean , bathrooms, no bugs despite outside unit and owner at this location is especially sweet !

Mike did a fantastic job, started with an inquiry and ended with a storage unit. Everything was done over the phone and through e mail. He steered me through the process, fast and painlessly. This is the second unit unit I have rented from Neighborhood in the past couple years. I had a good experience both times.

I have rented there for over four years. I keep my
two collector cars in two separate units.
This past year they have raised my rent TWICE !
You would think that they would take better care of their long term customers.
They spent good money on stupid keypads that you can't read at night.
Also, they took off the large unit numbers and
replaced them with SMALL numbers impossible
to find at night !
