I've been trying for a week and a half to get ahold of the property manager. I cannot. They called I couldn't answer, I call back recording. They cut my locks and then tell me to go and replace them. I've been with them for atleast 14 years.

Manny and Edger are outstanding people every time I have any issues they are very helpful they area great assets to the company.

Great service very friendly and patient with clients. Maintenance man was kind and knowledgeable don’t remember his name but we spoke Spanish! So happy he could help.

I got my unit in January and nothing about my unit has been improved however they are now instituting a $30/month increase for what?? It’s a shame because now I have to start shopping for a new unit all over again. It’s already inconvenient with no one on site and takes days to get phone call back and usually not from someone at the site. Also unit had dirt and debris on the floor on move in and damage inside the unit that no one seemed to care about.

While the initial pricing may be enticing, the low price will go up. In my case, my initial monthly price is now almost quadrupled from when I started a few years ago. Quadrupled. Pair this to an office that is fully automated now and a phone number that only takes you to a corporate answering service. After complaints about the bill being raised, they offered me a measly $29 off three months. What an insult. This is corporate greed at its finest. Save your time and money; go somewhere else other than Public Storage. Edit: Cookie cutter responses further enforces the lack of customer service. Second update: the business deleted their response to me. Peculiar.

Once they have you, you'll never get a hold of them again. This includes the corp office. Tried for over a month and never got any reply from either one.

This is a horrible place to rent! No one on site if you have any kind of problem and they went up 60 dollars after renting them only for 2 months it in my name but it's my dollars stuff and she can't afford 205 for a 10x15. This is a trickery low startup but then they increased prices.. sad!

I was unable to finish my rental thru the website so I went to the facility. At the kiosk, live support made every effort to secure a unit that fit my needs at the facility I wanted.

End up here just about everyday now for either something to do or just something that I don't have at home but have in the unit.

Good storage facility. But inflation has hit Public Storage tremendously hard. Because they have passed quadrupled my charges onto my storage rental. Then did away with site manager & assistants to save. So bring with you portable toilet due to no more facility restroom availability.

Mr. Mohamed was so helpful in getting the air conditioned unit I needed right away. How do he get me the additional space so close to the other unit I have already rented? He was very considerate and called me back to make sure all the online work was completed and I was satisfied with the unit.Great customer service! Thank you.

After a snafu with first rental, Janet at Public storage arranged for the climate controlled unit. Worked out totally great and is what I wanted. Janet with Public Storage was awesome to work with!

Perfect place to keep your stuff safe

Horrible experience with this place. It’s impossible to get ahold of a real human being. I had nothing but problems start to finish renting from this place. I would recommend avoiding the stress and cost and go anywhere else.

We have previously rented with Public Storage for over 2 years at another location. The rental fee increased several hundred dollars over that period. We decided to downsize our space and move to another facility as the larger unit at location 2 in Ocala was poorly kept and the ceiling was falling causing damage to some of our belongings. We chose to move to location to and had a wonderful move in experience and an amazing welcome call from Janet who addressed all of my questions and concerns. She explained the rental increase policy and advised me to contact her anytime so she could assist us for anything in the future! I am so pleased that we decided to give them another try. It is truly the people that can make the difference and the facility you choose to protect all your valuables. Thank you Janet for making that difference!

Everything was excellent

I arrived at 4pm to access my unit for the first time. I thought the layout would be simple enough and I’m fairly good at finding where I’m supposed to be. By 5pm I was debating an whether or not it would be worth my dignity to start running around screaming like a banshee. Why not, no one would be there to see it. Public Storage decided on the brilliant idea to replace all rational help with a kiosk locked behind a broken door at this location. Felt like I was losing every last marble looking for my space which seemingly did not exist and for which I had no map (note to self: actually look at the property you’re renting from ahead of time, dummy!). The number they gave me for the property manager apparently connected to no one, probably that damned kiosk that refused to take my call (I guess they didn’t give it a voice box). I finally realized the number I was trying to call was not the same as Janet’s, who had called me when I made my initial reservation. She was so sweet and understanding and all my anger and confusion vanished the second she was on the line (amazing what the human voice can do to a woman only met by answering machines and phone menus, and I’m saying that as a gen z’er). She apparently managed the property prior to them installing that self help kiosk. Property seems fine to me other than the fact there was NO communication whatsoever to let people know the door was broken and what number to call to get actual help, five stars to Janet for her customer service. Public Storage itself failed me in terms of actual human service for this remote property. Your dumb little kiosk can’t open a broken door can it? Janet could at least holler at me through one, and she’d be damn funny about it, too.

NO WAY this place has 4.7 stars. I rented a unit showed up with a full truck and nobody is here I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to get connected to a human being because their kiosk is down. Definitely the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for! I had an account with neighborhood storage unit these savage corporate vampires bought them out too. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have to leave tomorrow and didn't plan on spending hours here. Other people are here waiting as well and every property manager goes straight to voicemail. But they had no issues taking my money when I ordered the unit.

Warning… if you rent and want to move out they will not give you an prorated amounts for that month. You will have to pay the whole month whether you stay the whole month or move out on the 1st… and this location has homeless people staying in and accessing the storage area. Very sketchy!

Facility is in a constant state of disrepair. Doors falling off their frames. The fence has been blown/knocked over multiple times. Gate broken. But hey, they can install a kiosk so their rude employee can hide in an office and talk on the phone and then slam a door in your face after grumpily stating they were "with a customer" because their kiosk doesn't do anything that isn't taking your money

Let me tell you, every visit at this Public Storage facility has been smooth sailing and the employees are professional, helpful and understanding. Janet took care of me today promptly and explained everything to me thoroughly. She made this move less chaotic than we already know moving places can be. She has a beautiful personality and I am extremely grateful for her service. We need more people like her in businesses.

I've used PS all over Florida and had the best check in and check out experience with Randy and Jolene at this location. It was so easy I had to check to make sure I was actually checked out of the space.

Randy and Joelle are a great team. I got a spare and then realized it was not enough space I was exhausted they showed me the next size up I transferred and only paid $1.06 additional. Happy faces and happy attitudes take customer service to another level.
