I am so beyond shocked really the word is disgusted. This is just my first of review and going to continue since I can’t get a phone call back. Not only have I been a LONG TIME Public Storage customer and at times I have had two units at this SAME location (I am talking YEARS). At the time of this rental I rented a big unit not knowing what contents I was going to bring from my father in law that had just passed away. I didn’t even fill a 10th of the unit. After my father in law died it devastated my MIL so bad she went into a nursing home. This devastated the family. Last week I called to speak to someone at the facility and NO ONE called me back which was so odd to me. A few minutes ago I left another message with Kristina or Tina….nothing! Now I know why no one called me back when I got into the office the gentleman could not believe how much I was paying he was in such disbelief. He couldn’t understand why I have been paying quadruple the amount of what they are charging. The guy at the front desk was so nice and felt so bad. He could not believe the amount of money they were charging me. It’s $173 for the unit I am renting and they were charging me $537 a month. Kristina couldn’t give me a courtesy call to make it right long ago? Nope she just kept charging my credit card month after month. He felt so bad and was going to see what he could do. But the owner/manager will not call me back or contact me and still charged me for the whole month of May $537 for this unit and it is only the 6th. I could have just left the contents in there and walked away and not paid but I’m not like that. Karma is real! Then it would have cost her time and money I don’t roll like that. You would think she would call me and give me some of my money back that she took from me month after month knowing how much she was charging me. This will be the first thing I’m do is writing this review, then I will go to Social Media Outlets, and then I will move to other avenues because this is not right. I own a business I know this is NOT how you treat your long time customer’s and over charge someone that much a month. I can understand a little bit of over charge but $173.00 to $537.00 is something that I will fight over until I get this resolved. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE…..call Cube Storage they could not believe it either they thought I was joking until I showed them my receipt.

This facility is very clean and even the doors have been cleaned regularly I believe. When I went to the office I was greeted by a very kind and smiling woman. I had some unusual needs and somehow she met them all. I highly recommend this specific location. As it had been kept up much better then some of the others in the area. No pests are present nor rodents.

Disappointed that they raised my rent nearly 30% at my 6 month mark. I expected it to raise at some point but 30% seems ridiculous after only paying for 5 months.

I believe this is the cleanest storage facility I have been to in a while. Granted we are in Venice! Still quite clean and the lady, Janice at the front desk was pretty darn friendly. I wasn’t going to get the size I did, however due to all the information I collected from Janice, I decided to consolidate my other two units that are at Store rite. Hoping the cleanliness and the good customer service chick stick around!! Def selling point!

Absolutely had the very best experience with this public storage! The customer service went above and beyond! Janice was at the front, I had trouble with my unit and she made sure I was all set and happy before she went to the next customer! I will be returning specifically because of her! I used Public Storage for several years and overall, I had a decent experience. The facility was always clean and secure, and the staff was helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. However, there were a couple of major downsides that eventually led me to leave. The first was that the rent kept going up every time my lease renewed. When I first rented a 10x15 storage unit, I was paying under $100 a month, which seemed reasonable. But every year when my lease was up for renewal, they would increase the rent by a significant amount. By the time I decided to leave, I was paying over $300 a month, which was just too expensive for me. The second downside was that the access hours were very limited. I could only access my unit during certain hours of the day, which made it difficult to retrieve my belongings when I needed them. This was a major inconvenience for me, as I had to plan my visits carefully and couldn't just stop by whenever I wanted. While I appreciate the cleanliness and security of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff, I can't recommend Public Storage due to the high rent increases and limited access hours. If you're looking for a storage unit, be aware of these limitations and factor them into your decision-making process.

I use a lot of storage, am/was long term here and this is the second worst experience I have ever had. My worst was at another Public Storage where cockroaches layed eggs all over my stuff with No Food stored in the unit. This location is barely a step up and I have had a really bad experience. Go to Extra Space in Nokomis if you can.

This facility is one of the better storage places around. It is clean, modern, efficiently run by Janice. Access is easy peasy. The bathrooms are spotless in case you need them. We have two units there and both meet our high expectations. Janice is a peach and will answer all of your questions. You can bring your own lock and save some money. Also, your Homeowner's Policy probably will cover insurance, so be sure to check to save some more money.
