Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 11655 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL

I’ve been a renter here for a few years and I’m always happy with the service I receive. Just recently I needed to change to a different size unit, the property manager Chris made the change quick and easy. I highly recommend

The Public Storage facility I'm using clean and provides great lighting. 24-hour Access works well with the mobile app. I highly recommend using Public Storage.

Working with Chris and Nancy from Public Storage was a pleasure! They are courteous, knowledgeable, patient and accessible! I’m a 1st time “renter” and wanted to see the unit before signing anything. Chris agreed to meet me and give me a tour and explained all the in’s and out’s of the building on US1. While showing me around he explained the options available to me and helped me chose the right size for my storage needs Nancy was my initial contact and explained everything clearly and precisely about the agreement, insurance, access and of course handed me to Chris for face to face meetings! Great duo! They complement each other and left a very satisfied customer. I had reached out to other storage companies before settling on Public Storage because of Nancy and Chris. Chris, the on-site staff, did an outstanding job having my reservation prepared for my arrival. The property is pristine, organized and well labeled for directions. I am a continuous Public Storage client so have comparisons. Convenient and secure, I am grateful for Chris and this location.

I recently got married my new wife and I were looking for a place to store belongings. I walked into the public storage on US Highway one and spoke with Chris. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me find a great deal for my family that’s worked out perfect during the holidays and somewhat of a stressful time. Just wanted to thank Chris for the extra time he took and explaining things to me and helping us find a great deal. I would highly recommend this store and location to anyone looking for any type of storage indoor or outdoor.

Great experience. Front office man chris outstanding. So patient and worked hard to get what I wanted that worked for me facility clean, quiet and just what I needed.

Great storage location very close to home and well run. Public Storage is very clean and well maintained with easy gate access and carts to assist with move in/out.

This is a very good facility because of one person: Chris. I can be a little difficult customer service wise and he always helps me out with a very even professional, friendly warm customer service tone. Today he helped me get a second unit unit in my facility. Thanks Chris! I would like it if Public Storage would put a staff member here during the day 9 to 5 in case there are problems. There are times I’ve seen people living in the building and also there are times when my door won’t go up or down because of a metal part of the door that comes out of it and prevent it from moving down and no one is here to help— other than that a great place to have your stuff.

Very easy to access , clean , and Chris was very welcoming/ helpful my first time using the unit . He even went out of his way to grab a cart to assist with me putting my belongings into the storage space . His kind and generous attitude help to assure me that my personal belongs are in a safe environment and the staff is great and attentive at what they do .

This is great location. I have had units at other places and have been at this one for 3 years. Not only is the Property Manager (Chris) easy to work with, accessibility to units are easy. Highly recommend

Easy access, air conditioning makes it very comfortable.

They say they open at 9:30 am but went there and nobody was on the property. When back at 10:30 am and still nobody to talk to in person. Call customer service on the phone and person said that somebody was on property however, I could not see/talk to anybody. I left.

Ruby was very helpful and sweet. Storage was clean.

Small hiccup during check-in process with my unit size, but the manager was able to resolve it when Ruby was not being very helpful. In general, clean facility with good air conditioning, and I feel like my belongings are safe here.

This place is very secure and super clean. Rates are reasonable. Plenty of space to bring in large pieces of furniture.

These guys are pretty great. The facilities are clean and the units are in good shape. I had one unit and added another shortly after. They did raise their prices quite persistently though which was frustrating. I just closed out both of my accounts as I just bought a new house and have room for all of my stuff. They were a pleasure to work with. Connie was running the place when I first opened my account and she was delightful and Chris is running the place now and he is great to work with too.

Amazing customer service!! I was having a hard time with my language barrier and I don’t feel very confident speaking in English and this amazing young girl named Ruby translated for me and made the experience a lot easier, thank you so much Ruby!!!!

I had a great experience at this location. The cleanliness of the building and bathroom was amazing. The customer service from Ruby was very welcoming and helpful. She was able to show me a unit that was perfect for the items I needed to store and made the process very smooth despite the time crunch I was in. Great job ruby!
