Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 401 Northlake Blvd Ste 6, North Palm Beach, FL

The young man by the name of Chris is very rude she leaves me voicemail with a very rude tone and unwilling to help me ever any time that I ever needed help! I have to call the office numerous times to even get in contact with any employee to only find out they aren’t the property manager and still can’t help me out or have the district manager email or contact me. Chris directed me to the call center for help as if he is not in office and can’t send an email out to management. I asked him to communicate my issues and he states he is not allowed to send out communication to his manager. This is a tactic they use on there customers to have no contact non what so ever wheather it is to make a complaint or account issue it won’t be handled at all and definitely not in a timely manner. My entire experience has been nothing but complete chaos and now I’m trying to move out of the unit and they are really showing the worst customer service possible. Public storage get your employees and inconvenient tactics together . It’s such an inconvenience calling and never being able to get ANY help seems like you guys are always there to collect a payment but not assist the public

I was at the Public Storage today and needed help on renting a Unit and was very satisfied with attended that help me which her name is Judith, she was very helpful appreciative and very curteous, I enjoyed working with her.

The woman working the front desk on 2/17 was ridiculously rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. I had to ask her if I was annoying her because it was that bad. Her excuse was that she had a headache. I was friendly and I don’t think I deserve to be treated like garbage because you have a headache. Then she took my license and wanted me to sign all these agreements that listed a price that was double the price I reserved online. I was told that I have to purchase a lock from them and I can’t use my own, which is not true according to their website. I ended up taking my ID back and walking out. Very disappointing.. I was excited about this place and the location after reading all the great reviews. I’ll find another storage facility. What a waste of time.

I have been trying to get into this storage unit for a year now no lie and ms.Selina was the first person to actually accommodate me,help me get a unit, patient in helping me find the unit even while her computer was down. I'm beyond greatful because she just helped me in my personal life in a way noone would understand. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much and I hope your hard work is recognized! I had the greatest experience with Kat at the front desk of the Public Storage Unit in North Palm Beach. She understood what I needed to have done regarding my storage needs and went out of her way to accomplish that for me. Great management with Benjamin Berg and other staff at this facility.

Nobody in the office. Rented another unit but customer service claimed they couldn’t find my other unit. Finally rented second unit and then access to exit was denied. Line of traffic including my moving truck by the hour, and again customer service couldn’t get the gate to open. Worst experience in all years of needing storage.

Had a move out move in day today lachandra was an excellent help.. got us into the unit we needed with no problems. She was very busy as it's the end of the month and still managed us with no worries! Pump organ for sale!

The area managers very nice. I think her name was Linda. She’s great. She goes over and beyond.

I moved out of my unit here this past weekend. The gates are currently open to the public. Last week the front door to the storage unit was wide open off the track. I called corporate 3 times and made claims and nothing was done. They said they would send out a supervisor within 72 hours and that did not happen (it was 4th of July weekend). I decided to move out of the unsecured unit, did not feel comfortable keeping my personal belongings there. I received a call from the property manager saying I vacated my unit and have an unpaid balance. I said the front door is falling off. The storage is prepaid. She said it will hit your credit and hung up. Very unprofessional and the lady lives on the property. No parking there. She uses the only parking spot. Very dirty. Nobody is ever in the office. I tried to give a 7 day notice letter to move but the office is always unattended. Corporate waived the balanced and it will not affect my credit. Very bad conditions there. Very bad customer service- rude and ghetto

I just had an interaction with Brittany over the phone and in person to handle my payment. She was very professional as she worked with a customer on the phone and then handled me. It was a positive process.

I'm extremely displeased with this company. I decided to give them a chance and I regret it. I spoke to Latasha on 11/29/23 around 12:37 PM & she ASSURED me that my access code would work and the lock they placed on my storage space would be removed so I could move out. I told her I'd be there around 7 or 8 PM. I arrive to the site at 7:30 PM, and to my dismay the access code doesn't work. They have a side door that is barely open, what that means is anyone can walk into that storage space and essentially clear the place. I walked through because I know my account is current and Latasha confirmed this. I get to my storage space and the lock is still there and no key in sight. My third time there in 2 days just trying to retrieve my stuff so I don't get charged for another month I don't need my things stored. Latasha or whoever works there, you will be seeing me on the morning of 11/30. This will be my 4th time coming by to pack up Unit 4031. I have to take time out of my work schedule tomorrow just to get this mess sorted out. Do yourselves a favor, store your stuff at any other location but here. It is not secure and the workers are liars, possibly thieves, and don't care. Since their corporate is nonexistent, I'm going to spend every chance I get flagging them about this location until I get a response.

The property manager, Lisa is absolutely rude and vindictive. Since October 28th I have been trying to receive a new lock. I went to this location multiple times (during opening hours ) & saw the manager Lisa twice. Both times she ran to the back room. Lisa then purposely closed the blinds while I tried to talk to her. I’ve called multiple times (corporate and store phone) with no response from this manager. After not being able to access my property, Lisa left a $75 cleaning fee that I had no control over. Latasha from the Blue Heron location drove all the way to North Palm Beach to give me a new lock. As we entered the office I observed Lisa in the back room isolated with a dog barking. Nonetheless, Latasha was very helpful and extremely nice. This company needs more helpful employees like Latasha!

Nice facility but please whoever runs or owns this facility. Please invest in more utility transport carts. There’s no reason for there to be one in each building there should be at least three or four!!!!!!!

There were huuuuge rips in the ceiling making dust go everywhere. I had to move out it was ruining my stuff. Half way through my move out day (started at 8 am)!they charged me $75 for tracking dust in the hall. I actually came back and finished up, took the lock off my unit and vacuumed, leaving it in perfect condition. They should be REIMBURSING ME for the ripped ceiling and the cockroach problem, not charging me. Outrageous and dishonest. A month ago the manager wrote on the outside of my unit “cut locks cart inside “ BUT I BOUGHT MY OWN DOLLY I NEVER USED THEIR CART I DID NOT HAVE ONE INSIDE. My stuff didn’t feel safe there after that. The manager was basically harassing me and she got “one more in” as I was leaving. Unbelievable

Lisa is the best manager very kind and helpful! She keeps the property looking great! I don't know what they pay her but she deserves a big raise!

Lisa is the HEART and SOJL of this company @ the 401 Northlake location, and they would be nowhere without her. Kind, informative, patient and accommodating. LISA is the BEST!!!

Lisa is awesome! She is so helpful and is readily available for any questions I may have. The space is always clean. I feel very safe leaving my items with this Public Storage space. There are always trolleys available which is very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This Place is amazing. Miss Lisa does an excellent job of keeping the area clean and her tenants satisfied with their care and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming here and storing your stuff.

Excellent storage facility. I highly recommend it. We had a unit at this location for 3+ years. It’s well managed and well maintained. Great customer service, too. The property supervisor, Lisa, is both knowledgeable and friendly. She’s been extremely helpful to my family throughout our time there. On top of that, the more recent upgrades to the flooring, lighting, walls/paint, AC, and roofing have made the site even better!

The price is a bit high and they only have 1 trolly per building (3 total). So if you happen to be moving stuff at the same time as other people you are screwed. Other than that, the place is a typical storage facility like all others.

Lisa and Ruth are very kind and helpful. You’ll be in good hands with them and it’s super clean too!

We have been renting from Northlake Public Storage for over a year and have found every interaction with manager Lisa to be positive and helpful. This location and the excellent customer service are the reasons we don't look elsewhere. In addition, the prices and location are reasonable in comparison. I think you will find that this location fits all your needs.

We are so happy with Northlake Public Storage! Manager Lisa is helpful, friendly, and keeps the area clean. She worked with us when we realized we needed an additional storage unit. The facility has gotten a new paint job inside and out. Most of the flooring has been redone, too. The night time lighting looks brighter, which is good for security. We are really happy with the awesome customer service. The location is great. I highly recommend the Northlake Public Storage facility.

Lisa who is the Property Manager at the North Palm Beach location is amazing. She was very accommodating from the day I first stepped foot into her office until I emptied out my unit. She was very thorough and provided great customer service. Also, everyone that I happened to speak to in the hallways always spoke very highly of Lisa! I never had any issues with my unit and I know that I will be back in the future!
